Wow thank for taking the time out now that makes it evem worse.. After spending or loosing nearly 30 million they produce 110 boepd to date.. Are they just rolling the dice and making money for their cronies.. This is day light Robbery.. We could have built a few houses in Nz or Aus and collected the rent over the last 8 years and plus value of asset and could perhaps triple the value.. Delivering strategic value they have been talking about corporate profitability for the last 3/ 4 years!! It is been a disaster after disaster no pot luck at all.. For the record i do hold a good chunk of this at 3x the current sp.. But i cannot keep avg dowm only for the bod to dilute us.. If helium 8s in shortage how come Aus government not given us a grant etc or summin.. Please vote against reappointment and against consolidation.. Until the figures improve a bit.

Fully ageee jb is drawing a monthly pension payment from mosman.. Squandered millions dilution occurred every 4/5 months it only calmed down over the oast year or so.. And that's because he could not do it anymore.. Monecor are running for the hills with these massive sells sp should have been higher today but the 20 million stalled it.. Key is why are they selling.. Do they think the same as us after dilution this will go down pretty quickly?? We need younger more engaged blood to run the company forward.. AC cannot even talk properly on interviews.. Our helium asset is huge if you knock 0n the right door.. And the right person.. They can take this company somehwere.. Apple, Microsoft, Google Amazon all need helium to cool the vast amount of servers they got.. Buy us outright we are cheap as chips for them.. He's got no foot to stand on..this time..

Yep his price is based mainly on technicals.. Once news kicks in that is the foundamentals of the company.. The dril was announced on 9th Dec it will be a month by the end of the week.. By mid jan we could have our first initial analysis surely the drillers know what looks good and bad based on experience.. Gl onwards and upwards in 2022.

Sentiment won't change until the bod leave. Price is going down all the time.. After consolidation example 8p they will give a discount placing 5p to Monecor who will then sell into any rise this company has.. Dau traders can make money from any level... Remember last year we were at 0.004 i had completely written off the company!! They did an out the blue jv with georgina energy gave away 70% of non permit to them for almost nothing.. If it was that good it would not have been cheap... Georgina energy cannot even list themselves.. It all ifs and buts currently.. That when the share price rose from 0.004 to 0.023 so money can be made from here but Monecor will not do a placing at this level hence they want a share consolidation..

Well you have taken the time to go through the financial reports loss for each year now take some time out and let me know how much have they raised going from 83 million to 3.85 billion shares? AC was advertising a jar of oil in New Zealand in the early days.. All for nothing hence they moved to US. They had a few disasters in the states as well.. Just read through the old RNSs.. It's a complete joke! Pure life style company for them it's clearly evident... Very high salaries for the work they do... Salary should be performance based. They sold out Welch because they just did not have $2 million for a side track drill.. No one even partnered with them.. Arkoma we spent millions check out how much we paid... Electronic pumps alone to the tune of $450k for one. Plus about $900k,just for 27% stake.. Last 2 years we had hardly anything from there.... This consolidation is purely to raise more and gives more time in the office for JB and AC.. AUS permit is just a side show they cannot even deal with the central land council.. Not enough links in the industry.. After years of support i no longer support the dilution mor the reappointment of JB.. If share holders want value he needs to go

Plus removing jb as we do not want to appoint him again... He needs to go after 8 years spending millions we had 83 million initially now its 3.85 billon. One we go to 38 Million after dilution we will quickly be in the billions again..so as shareholders we vote against it.. We need fresh pair of eyes or put the company up for sale..

It's still there helium has not disappeared over night from our permits.. Just slight delay with central land council which might happen in march April next year.. But we have georgina IPO in jan or q1 as they have 70 % of our ep 155 permit.. Potential is there just patience required.

I'm against consolidation for now until the sentiment of the share improves... 110 boepd after 8 years and million spent and salaries totalling over a million as well is pathetic to say the least..he needs to be replaced.. Else it is rinse and repeat..

Well remember last year sp was less than this at 0.004 and went to 0.023 so liquidity is there we just have not received the good positive momentum news to excel this to the next level.. Sp angel said 0.042 in jan. Monecor still hold a good chunk here i believe 8%. They definitely do not want to get more without selling the last batch!! Once ep 145 then do the consolidation work my opinion.. Then shareholders will have confidence in the sp rather than rinse and repeat.

I may not go but will do a vote through Interactive investors. Maybe we need a new face as well a change is required at the top to get confidence back.

And was looking for large shareholders to ensure we vote against this consolidation as there is no foundation for it especially for long termers and benefits the like of Monecor only.. At this price its very difficult to do a placing and Monecor will not touch us with a barge pole.. We have not received an update from them either as to what percentage they hold.. Feb last year price was 0.004 and went to around 0.023 so I'm sure with the right news they can create liquidity in the share.. If they can't do it now then surely they cannot do it once consolidated.. Ive got around 27 million but im down over 50 % currently.. So will vote against it.. Consolidation is for short term holders only and not long term

Ive been thinking about this today... We do not know there cash position currently would hsve be good to add it yesterday but they chose not to. Currently there is no confidence in the bod.. Until they prove that and get confidence back I'm not in favour of the consolidation as that gives them an excuse to go from 38 million shares to double that again and instead of 8p it will be like 6p placing and the cycle continues.... At this stage I'm against it.. They need to work on the current sp.. As no one will want to do a placing with them currently.
And after the consolidation first they will do is a placing!!!

Value will be the the same on the day the consolidation occurs.

Unbelievable why investors are selling up.. Crazy to say the least.. Nothing changes our value is the same just the number of shares..

Stanley wells are multi-stack pay if you look at the RNS's in may / June Stanley 1 i believe had an issue.. Plus the other ones need to be reworked to a different stack pay.. While the other layer is refilled... Key is last year as a whole we were 66 boepd now at 110 and this is officially declared by the bod for q1.. This qtr if the same as last plus Stanley 5 and IF winters 2 comes in then we are on our way to 150 boepd in q3 next year.. 110 boepd *30 =3300 boepd * 11 months =36,300 * $70 = $2.54 million.. If we go by q1 figures..

Winters 2 update and h1 would be good before year end and hopefully.. A positive update.. Georgina ipo hopefully next year jan or q1 we srw just rediculously priced and we just need the bod to deliver.. Market has not been impressed.. Increases in stakes don't mean anything until we get firm numbers that we have more oil and gas and in return more money in the coffers!! Current cash position would be goood as well.

I've mentioned this on the wsbn telegram group as well.. Drill might have stopped but the analysis continues we are drilling more than 1 hole... It commenced on 9th Dec. Might have several holes by now.. Results of those could come anytime!! First few we maybe able to fast track them
