is this not a big pay rise?

Just to clarify - what do we get as the setllement - all of oyster or an oxyster subsiduary - not whole company? of that then which part do we get and which poportion goes to the other loanees?

ive bailed for now - ithint in a few weeks it will be worth over 0.2 but it think as its struggled to break up further then a sharp seel of wil come when the new placing shares hit so my view for what its worth is that:

small fall back today say 0.11-0.115 mid price
maybe blip up when resolutions approved bask up to the 0.125 to 0.135 level
sharp falls on sell off of placement shares (20th of may i think ) maybe falling to 0.7
then good rise on net news followed by sustained upwards movement to 0.2p short term (4 weeks) and then up the the 0.4-o.5p withint 3-6 months

me too as in meetings for rest of afternnon from 3 and think there will be some drop as daytraders close

the maerket cap already factors in the shares for the fundraise.

if a further 2billion were added on top of this i would still say the share price should be double what it is now so based on todays news still looks very undervalued

could do a lot worse than moving some profits into EDL after todays news (edenville) . imminent profitability tastier than a vegan sausage roll!

or are you proposig shreholders vote against the motions thereby stopping the company in its tracks and detroying the valu of their own shares. If not trying to be argumentative just dont see your point. the company is raising funds vai a placing which we know about which will likely lead in the near term to profitability and a a significant share price rise?

but none of this is new today - you are quoting stuff we knew - hence low price. now they have raised funds which we knew but today have demonsatrted the funds are being put to good use. company is on verge of being profitable as per latest statement - current facts

people are willing to buy shares in explorers with no assets for 10s of million

this should easily be 9-10 million now

but thats just it they arent based on fact - they are based on sentiment

the facts are we have a company valued at circa £2m with a produccing asset, infrastructure, available cash for continuing operations, near term profitability. if you were looking at this just on facts you would say this comfortably warrants a 10M market cap. you and blinded by negative sentiment of poor past performance and ignoring the current facts

so from the report breakeven at 6k tonnes/month, targetting 10k tonnes a month imminently with sales looking to match in short space of time. read some old figures stating profit of $10-$20 a tonne on operations . lets round it to £10 (ponds) to keep the estimate simpler. so 10k tonnes minus 6k breakeven = minimum 4k tonnes generating profit of min £10/tonne so £40k month minimum profit = £480k a year. On a PE of 20 (not unreasonable at all for a growing business_ . this gives a conservative near term valuation of £9.6m. havent got the share numbers to hand - what does that give circa 0.4-0.5p very near time and business expanding - throw in a bit of good sentiment and we could easily breash 0.5p-0.6p in the nxt week or two.

Ive followed solg gold for years and held off and on
sold way too early unfortunately with a small profit rather than holding for the 10+bagger
also followed and owned ECR off and on for years - even since mercator days. been lucky enough to be up overall on them after a few spikes and many false dawns.
howvever there seems to be a genuine change now with positive newsflow and potentially company transforming news so im seeing a lot of similarities between ECR and SOLG of a few years ago so hoping for a similar type mcap at ECR a few years down the line. Any other posters on here hold both and see the same or think im barking up the wrong tree!
