Working in Stavanger has been an amazing experience and during my 3+ year tenure on the board and as CEO the top-line has 10X.
So brought Tesla up, then Stan anger x10 in 3 years.
Happy with x10 in three years. Early retirement π
Hi Neil, I guess what I mean is that the SP has been bouncing between. 9/1 and 1.2 so until news with the current trajectory it looks more likely to hit 1p than 1.2p only short term I know but currently only trading this one.
Cheers
Too risky for me at the moment. If it drops to a penny or just below it is worth a punt for me. Else I will await TSP. BERGEN below 5% should be soon, then I guess a week or so for them to finish off. Then we will see. Who knows TR1 could land in the morning saying they are below 5%, that would be great, no reason to expect an announcement about them after that.
A supercapacitor (SC), also called an ultracapacitor, is a high-capacity capacitor, with a capacitance value much higher than solid-state capacitors but with lower voltage limits. It bridges the gap between electrolytic capacitors and rechargeable batteries. It typically stores 10 to 100 times more energy per unit volume or mass than electrolytic capacitors, can accept and deliver charge much faster than batteries, and tolerates many more charge and discharge cycles than rechargeable batteries.[2]

Some great posts that reflect my own research. There is another super efficient engine out there but it's so far behind in terms of testing and bringing to market I don't see it as a threat. A sodium factory in DGI back garden would certainly be welcomed by a few in port talbot, unfortunately it is unlikely as we would need forward thinking competent politicians and whatever side you look at they are few and far between. So I expect our tech to be developed in a different country. Sad for UK but I will still be a winner.
The key here is minimal dilution over the next few years we want the SP and Mcap high.
The Bod are the big thing for me. Tech is no good without entrepreneurs
Asimpleinvestor is 5g a third country holder then? Mind either way they need to report at 5% which they have not so as of Tuesday they were not below 5%.
So there should be a TR1 at 5% either way. So as of Tuesday they had sold less than 3/4% as last rns had them at 8/9%.
Once they report below 5%, if asimpleinvestor'assertion is correct they no longer need to report.
They may alow ENET to report but don't have tp
Have not been counting so can't comment. However if they are playing by fca rules they had over 3% on Tuesday.
If no holding on Monday I think the SP may drift as Bergen need buyers to sell and don't think Drizzy can do it all by himself π€£
Substantial shareholding disclosures β are required when a shareholder holding shares (or financial instruments) in a company reaches pre- defined ownership thresholds (e.g. 3%, 5%, 10%) of either a company's outstanding total voting rights, total share capital, and/or total shares outstanding in each share class.
So Bergen need to declare at 3% so were not at 3% by Tuesday end of play, else a TR1 would be released today. Once declared there will be no requirement for more reporting.
Can't remember but isn't it below 3% they have to publish. Then that's the end of their obligation to report.
And yes 3 days. They could let you know, as could enet but don't think it's mandatory once they have said they are below 3%
Happy to be corrected
I find you need at least Β£1k maybe Β£1.5k to trade. Once you pay fees etc and deal with the spread 7/10% gives you some beer money or chance for a small top up. I now jump at 15% ish drop and take the hit with the trades. Just what I do, not adviceπ
Indeed Pumpky, there are a few other stocks with real potential, I can think of at least three. DGI, Fab and HEMO. I am in two. DGI in particular is gaining a great deal of attention from PIs. I am sure there are others so if the buying dries up it won't take long to get a few bored holders to take the loss and try to make gains elsewhere. This could have a bad impact on the SP here.
What is needed is confirmation of TSP exit and orders pronto. A Monday Rns could change everything.
Long term this could be a different story and if Bod can monetise tech while it is still cutting edge this could have legs.
I the meantime it's at the mercy of traders.
Agenda? I am out but looking for a possible trade IF this drops below a penny.
Have a decent long term hold and a trade pot I currently use here. That is currently stuck at. 235 as jumped too early on last rns. Will sell that around. 25 and wait to see if there is a retrace to. 22 ish else will punt elsewhere if something comes up. But main holding stays till. 5 when I will topslice and take some real cash for a project. If it all goes well π
