No RNS or have I missed something????

According to the FT the big miners are paying out huge dividends. It might give us a short term surge.

Hi all
Most people enjoy Christmas, not everyone but most people. It’s a long way off but we’re not impatient, we know it will come along as it always does
It’s in our diary
No one really mentions it or stresses about when it will be Christmas again
We just chill and knock off the days one by one sure in our conviction that it will arrive on the 25th of December
The pubs opening again is a different matter. For those who enjoy a pint and a conversation and maybe a few laughs in a public house then it is a winter without end. There is no point patiently crossing off the days because as you cross one off then another seven may be added. It is a fictional date that stretches away out of grasp into the distance. So I’m going to pick the date of the big RNS as the same date the pubs open. It’s a fictional date but the best guess I have.

I personally think this share has a lot going for it
Companies sometimes need to raise money and this company has found an angle for them to do it cheaply
Up nearly 20% today

There is really only one choice to make
Can they continue to make money from this idea or can they not
I think they can, and a lot of it

I guess a few people heard all the talk on here yesterday and thought it would be a good bet to put a few pounds in for a few hours hoping for a quick return.
Guess they were a tad disappointed this morning and took their money back out.

I was commenting on the fact that many on here state time and time again that the bod have not sold any shares
At what price did they invest?
10p might be a good price for them
£2 would be a great price for me
Just saying don’t invest everything here
Don’t like to see people lose a lot of money on a sure thing, it doesn’t exist that often

There is a lot of talk on here about the bod not selling their shares and that being evidence that they have confidence of getting a good price for the money they have invested
That isn’t really a true picture.
If they decided to start selling their shares then the share price would start to fall pretty quickly.
They wouldn’t get anywhere near the current price for their shares.
Just a fraction of this price.
I’m hoping they really are trying to get a good price for the shareholders, that would be sweet.
But they will take a good deal for themselves.
I am a small holder and today made £2500 on my investment here

This company has been going for many years under different names
It may go on for many more years
I’ve held shares a long time here but sold out most last week
I think the ones I brought a year or so ago may have covered most of my losses and overall I may have made a little over many years but maybe not
When it runs into many years it’s difficult to keep track
If you want my advice and you want to invest in the future then pick a FEW managed funds
And a 350 ftse tracker
Keep a bit of cash on the side to have a gamble on a couple of shares you fancy will make you rich
Don’t ever put too many eggs in one basket
And be patient
This is only my advice
I am sure there are some who have made a fortune on a hunch or research
Sadly there are many who have lost almost everything on a hunch or research
Don’t be too hard on yourself, we have nearly all lost and lived to win or lose another day

They are all worth the same price regardless of how much you paid for each different one GL

Not sure that is entirely true
Although it may be depending on what has already been agreed
The shareholders own the company
What the company do with assets has to be agreed by the shareholders
But in all likelihood somewhere along the line the shareholders have agreed to give the board the responsibility to make these decisions
It’ll be in the small print somewhere
Guess if you have a board you have to give them the responsibility to make the right decisions
