RE: MCAP v Gold Load : £6.08m v 2000oz @ 3300oz PLUS interest2 Jun 2025 16:38
100% speculation, I wondered if GGP Greatland Gold, who are currently going through a restructure and name change to Greatland Resources are in talks for a takeover bid. Alignment of name for a similar brand and refers to themselves as GRL in multiple new RNS. They are in expansion mode and we have the land and need a bigger operation.
Not expecting miracles, but at least the open and honest with the current strategy. Gold has taken a beating this week, but GoldstoneRes are not helping themselves.
Are you sure? I might be misreading. This is from the 24th April:
The Group has made significant progress towards its ASX listing. Subject to certain conditions including receiving certain regulatory approvals and the Scheme being approved by the holders of Scheme Shares (Scheme Shareholders) and the Court, shares of Greatland Resources (GRL Shares) are currently expected to be admitted to the official list of the ASX and to trading on AIM on 23 June 2025, and then quoted on the ASX from 24 June 2025.
Another bull run to push the price of gold to another all time high? With the lack of trade talks between the US and China, there is still a lot of catalysts that can drive it higher.
It's possible, additional cash injection would be welcome if accelerates gold production with the current gold market. We want to get as much gold out of the ground as possible, while the prices are as high as they are.
You are correct, Share options were given to Directors and Senior Management as an incentive to deliver to certain targets. Tranche 2 and 3 totaling 28m shares will become available once they hit the specific targets.
Once they hit those targets it will decrease risk further on Goldstone.

Gold set a new all time high above $3300 today, would be a great time to drop some positive news. Still have a feeling, Goldstone is going to be the biggest gold play of 2025, which would be nice after a couple of horrible years.

Looked to me like a well timed Tree Shake, trigger some stop losses and buy some cheap shares on days old news that has little to no impact on Goldstone.
Think our little gold producer is a pretty good opportunity with the state of the global markets and economies today. I'm no expert, but Gold still looks like the safe haven.
The gold price is doing us a big favour, but also is a fantastic opportunity to get the operation paid for, ramped up and delivering buckets of gold. When we get through the earlier expensive stages and down to better grades, even if the gold price pulls back, goldstone should already be on for a winner!
i love when people clutch at straws to try and scare people off. i think goldstone last year was ******* useless and i honestly thought i had lost my whole investment, but the way it's shaping up these days, i could only be happier if they did what they are doing faster.
