Looked away for just over an hour, where did all the trading activity come from?

It needs to be a good one, if there was ever a time to pull in good numbers and new investment, $4k and oz is definitely the time to do it.

I've said it before, the 3 big things that will shift the price and with this new gold price, should move it pretty well:

- Improve investor communications (this is slightly more consistent, but could still be better)

- Agree reasonable loan terms/extension

- Improved production numbers

I agree, something seriously needs addressing. 48k Tons at 1g/Ton is approximately 1500 oz. If they are mining at that level, they need to address their recovery rates.

After months of production running, you would expect them to be dialed in with the current setup, but apparently not. Whoever is running their day to day operations needs sacking.

There is a lot of evidence to point to the gold being there, with whatever games they seem to be playing, they are missing the Gold Bull run of the century.

All of the critics have been around recently, personally not surprised, Goldstone has exceptionally bad comms and makes life hard for themselves, however someone is still loading up at ridiculously low levels. With the gold price sitting as high as it is, wouldn't take much to turn the tide here.

None of the latest gold price action has been seen in the share price yet, if they deliver sone decent news, this has the potential to fly.

Could be wrong, but feels like something decent might be brewing, they certainly have an exceptional gold price backdrop to help the situation along.

The price is extremely slowly creeping upwards, but until good news presents itself in either reasonable funding, increased production or a clear and concise operational update that doesn't leave us guessing for months, the price is not going to have a major correction.

There has been quite a few smaller trades recently, not adding up to much though, only about £100 worth of trades in total today.

There's no smoke and mirrors, it's a transparent window. They hit operational issues that delayed the production. They have a debt to address while trying to use the money they are producing through gold production to run the operation.

This is not unusual behaviour, start-up costs and initial operations don't typically run smoothly, especially in gold mining.

It's not a big secret, they are carrying risk here, hence the heavily deflated share price, which is why if they can sort their **** out, the turn around could be exceptional.

I agree, at these prices the turn around could be incredible. The main things that will drive a surge of investment here is:

- Improve investor communications

- Agree extension of loan

- Improve production

With gold smashing previous all time highs and currently sitting near $3600. What a time to be a producer. Hopefully the new Interim Non-Executive Chairman is whipping the executive team in to shape and forcing them to get their act together.

Gold on a nice bull run this week $3,558.

I think Loyaltrader is right. Personally I think the start up operations has been horrible, but I think this opportunity is exceptional, especially at these levels. Everyone at every level wants to get paid from this one, the investment is done and paid for, it's now about getting the operation dialed in.

I was looking over their latest presentation (published June 2025) and it looks like the target now is 10,000 oz pa;

Ramping-up Production in 2025

• Growth to 10,000 oz pa – next 12 months

• Low execution risk

• Increasing scale to reduce AISC

• Investment capex to date ~US$16m

If they can ramp up to 10,000 oz pa by next summer, I will be happy with that.

Gold price near it's all time high, the one saving grace of the operation at the moment. I'm curious when the next set of news is coming, never know with this one. We could do with a post AGM update.

Not at all. I would absolutely prefer an offer to be made public and I hope the details are made public. It doesn't change the current situation, that the way the information was released to the public, appears to have significantly hurt the share price.

I hope if the information was supposed to be released that the members who agreed to conceal the offer face the consequences. By the sounds of it, how the AGM was handled was a shambles.

My average is lower than 1.6p, so it wouldn't be as much as I was hoping, but would give me a profit. As it appears they rejected it with reasons, they better have a good plan, because im no fan of any of the leadership, past or present.

I am not a solicitor, however if confidential information was leaked to the market, (whether it should have been published or not) as it was last week, which played a role in a significant SP drop, isn't the person who leaked the information liable for reputational damages?

I've wondered that too myself, interesting that all the selling kicked off after the rejected offer. The offer that never made it into the public domain (until this week)

I bet that offer they passed up in April is looking very appealing now. I have a feeling the recent antics, was to drive the price down to these levels, if it wasn't in hostile takeover territory before, it definitely is now.
