It's probably belated because the main man only started on 6th, and yet he has to chip in on the TU. Last year's January update was benign but misleading imo, which obviously led to many getting sucked in expecting a decent divi, so I do hope they take the time to make clear statements of trading & direction in this one. I expect we are seeing manoeuvres similar to those of Halfords SP pre-update last week.
I dunno the terms, supposedly be a long term incentive, but looks like he could cash em as soo as.. surely that can't be right. Is this just his first batch!? These things normally have a vesting period, so minimum time constrained, and long term lapse back to the company. Anyway his legacy at SDRY today not boding well for us...

Elephant in the room is Marcus (directly) was paying more than this Saga concession. Now both at 1.35% neither account is a market leading rate.
