No waiting period if moving between the indexes and yes they reshuffle quarterly BUT its different if you have been deleted from all indexes, you then have to wait a period of 12 months before being put back on.... DYOR

I believe you will find I was clarifying the point of a timeline to return to an index.

i beleive you will find that it can´t just rejoin an index. There is a waiting period from being taken off the indexes to rejoining which I think is 12 months.
