There was always more than one option, th at was clear. They just said IF they go down one route there could be nothing left for investors.

Nobody could ever challenge them if that happened as it was made very clear in an RNS

Quite possibly Professor1. Maybe that’s part of the deal is that all monies will be withheld to pay off the debt once sanctions are lifted?
Once they get an account opened elsewhere maybe from then on in its up to POG to pay the monies directly

Well I’ve just had a nice surprise. Thought my average was 1.82 and just checked my account (was tempted to buy more) and realised my average is actually 1.6 on this. Still in profit. Nice !

UMMC have taken on the debt, GPB probably don’t give a **** anymore. It’s UMMC that is our issue.

My thoughts are that POG only used GPB as that’s where the gold was being sold, so don’t have accounts anywhere else. Now that they’re selling gold to other entities is that money coming in still going into GPB until they can open up accounts with non sanctioned banks etc. if that’s the case then all incoming monies are still being held as GPB are sanctioned.

Had a chat with JM this morning over a coffee and a croissant.

Discussed the noise around EU sanctions of Gold.

His understanding is that an EU sanction won’t affect them as they’re not selling into Europe anyway.

Holding POG with hope that we see this through and not resort to selling anything off. We manage that and we’ll be rewarded.

Agreed KRSS. Better than no news at all though.

Once there’s something of material impact we’ll get another RNS. I think the Export licence didn’t count on its own as they still can’t utilise it until the bank accounts and processes are in place. At that point it will make a material impact on the business and require an RNS.

Would be nice to get more regular updates but under the current circumstances (sanctions etc) it’s probably wiser to keep their heads down, keep mining and try to weather the storm.

I’ve also queried major share hi losers to see who’s in or out and got this on 2/6. The only TR1 of note was Region Group. None have been issued since.
