copd news? fincap would know before anyone else.. Does L2 say which MM did the trade by any chance?

anyone think the COPD results, if successful, will take the edge off the Covid results or are we looking at COPD being the bigger picture here? Pretty sure the market is all about the covid story at the moment. Will we see a huge bounce on the COPD or will markets wait for the covid results i wonder? Obviously if successful it makes the covid play nearly a sure bet.

Itshenderz we are always talking about how good sng and all the regular people on here know very well what we are doing at sng. I really don’t think there is much more that can be researched so a little light chat on a Saturday evening about other investments is a nice change from the interferon a/b argument or who owns what % holdings. Don’t get me wrong all very useful but we all have to consider other investments and some friendly tips is always helpful. We’ve all put money on a horse from someone’s tip and sometimes it comes good, other times it falls at the first fence!

Have been in orph but came out after the placing. How’s it doing now?

Thanks POI. I already have a sizeable holding (for me) in Avacta and ODX. Both are due some big news in June. I watched the afternoon one but heard the evening was much better. Maybe after a little Dutch courage! Very much like watching Richards updates though, he’s instils a lot of calm and excitement with what sng have on their hands. Fingers crossed for all that it comes good.

Thanks crl. Very informative and lots of research for me to do tomorrow!! I was in Tullow/premier oil a few months ago but with Covid and no oil usage I got out before the big drop. Possibly should have bought back in but couldn’t see the wood through the trees in April & may!! Thanks again.

Thanks John, have been watching that for a while but they have been fairly stagnant even with good results so I may look at that one, as you say maybe a rerate soon.

Nice post tones. I also believe this is going to start moving north. Pretty sure we have seen the bottom and with only 2 weeks away till July we are getting very close to the big RNS drop on COPD and Covid.
I’ve just released £100k to up my holding here. (Had a house sale go through on Friday!) hoping to buy in under 40p and then we watch and wait! My other holding is at 58p so could do with average down before results. As I respect ‘most’ people in the SYN forum anyone think they have any other possible gems in AIM? Looking for short, medium and long term investments. If you say I’m lazy for not doing my own research your right but believe me I’m on your side on this one!!

I’m in at AVCT too and it’s very strange that Accacia who bought out Link are also conifer management run by Greg Alexander. Conifer have just taken a big stake at Avacta. Apparently they don’t tend to sell and are long term investors.

Interesting that Conifer and Accacia are linked. They are obviously more clued up on the UK Covid/life science stocks than we thought. They may not just dispose of their sng shares.

Had a little nibble! People are wanting such quick short term daily returns at the moment. Punters see this as a Covid stock hence why they bail out and the fizz has gone. We know it’s not just Covid and the bigger prize is COPD. Covid will eventually go, COPD won’t. I can guarantee that as soon as punters start to see a 10% + rise they’ll be all over this again.
