I personally hope that the other shareholders who purchased shares to fund the mine prior to production has clauses in place to protect there investment. This would help the ordinary share holders like ourselves.
There’s still hope we can move forward but I totally understand why certain investors don’t want extra share dilution. The main debt holders Would then make a hostile takeover.
Let’s hope law is on our side....

Boy ow boy it seems I’ve been a fool.

Has anyone else done there research on the main people who own these loans?
My personal view there’s only one saviour here and that’s Mr Edwards.
(I’ve been very naive to think this will end well for the normal person)

Baker Steel who have a fair chunk of these could be key because they would know all the key investment rules etc.
I looked on there latest investments list and they said as we all know debt negotiations are key going forward.
I’ve learnt a very big lesson from this suspension and I’m hoping/praying the big two can keep everyone happy.
The Candy’s success story began from humble beginnings so let’s hope they’re not to greedy and steel this goldmine from us.

Crazy to say but if you look at the shares traded on the last day before trading was halted.
Six times as many as a busy day. I've always said the city gets the news first and MTL was leaky.

Boy! Today I’m really struggling to concentrate on anything after this news.
Why do we chase the pot of gold and believe in what is being announced.

I always felt that MTL owned the mining license and had the proven track record with the authority.
Let’s hope if they try and shaft us the government take the right to mine away from them which could be very possible.
EXTREMELY SAD at the moment as I always felt this was my meal ticket and best long term prospect.
The majors have proven that they have financed the mine when appropriate but now when all is extremely positive they seem to be pulling the rug from beneath us.

These Candy’s will have a lot to answer that’s for sure.

It wouldn’t surprise me that one of the majors shareholders are selling to keep the price down. They’re going to dilute anyway so it doesn’t matter to there share percentage.

Only a thought but I’m still thinking an offer will be made for the current outstanding shares.

I’ve a feeling we might get a sneaky offer to purchase all the remaining shares not held by the 2 big investors.
I think around 4p.
I’m probably wrong but this will give the Candy’s total ownership at a small cost.
This is only my opinion but it’s a massive possibility.

Would they release such a positive rns if they wanted the share price to sink.
The rns was extremely positive apart from the last sentence that the majors didn’t want before.

MTL own the mining license and buy selling out this could be jeopardised big time...

The forecast was very, very positive and the brave will be rewarded long term.

Well we Knew the score and the Candy’s are in charge.
The candy’s have held us to ransom for the most recent loans.
But who owns the mining license and the great, proven relationship with the government?
There’s still forward thinking going forward with stages 3 & 4.
They announced the d4e but how do you value 130 million against a mc 30 million. (I understand the extra mine life and current gold in the ground)

I feel a respectable offer will be made around 5p but this is only my opinion.

As I’ve said before I’m here until the end so bring the news on a s a p.
