George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
This seems very pointless or maybe just to show they’re still reporting there’s life going at the mine.
We want the real rns, quarterly update and finance.
I can see a low offer for the mine and this rns doesn’t improve the valuation.
Time will tell...
CV
I don't think there is a limited time as long as a plc company has a nomad in place.
There is a legitimate reason we are suspended as we all know and as long as company updates are still announce all is ok.
All ok for 6 months as long as updates and financials are in place.
CV
There needs to be an amicable agree to all.
If the main investors rip us off then let’s all write to the Philippines government and they can take the license and nationalise the mine.
The Philippines government don’t like mining and are known to stop mining etc for various reasons and it would be a shame because of MTL’s great work with the local communities.
CV
What’s people’s opinion of this share suspension.
It’s taking a long time as usual with MTL.
Does this mean good or bad and what’s other shareholders best outcome.
I personally need answers because as a business owner I’m struggling with cash flow and stress.
These current major debt owners are probably arguing because they don’t want to give either of them the advantage going forward. The financial markets and eventually real estate will suffer so maybe the wrong time to over stretch investments in all ways.
(Even this goldmine because of the uncertainties of the location)
CV
Who’s to blame doesn’t matter, all we want is value for money or long term gain.
I’m learning towards the Candy’s because of there previous history and it wasn’t long back they wanted to take this private.
Time is ticking and there’s this virus to put self doubt into the pot.
Gold is on the up and if you read the bible war is next....
Glass is 1/2 full, soon to be very full.
I’ll take 10p per share, still cheap with all the mining life increase that’s available.
CV
Firstly good health to all because life is more important.
MTL agree a package that appeals to all.
This virus goes away and the World returns to normality.
This Summer 2020 has fabulous weather.
Please add to this wonderful list.
CV
I actually thought this rns was very positive in the current times.
I feel the markets have not dropped enough yet and there's going to be lots of ups & downs.
They could have started trading again and we could have bomb to around 0.02 with all this uncertainty.
There will be a positive outcome for all.
CV
Rumours....
My thoughts...
Candy’s want this to themselves.
BUT!
Edwards maybe doesn’t like this idea and is against the idea.
Mining license could be lost and returned back to the Philippine government.
Coronavirus virus problems with finance availability and maybe the housing bubble could effect there efforts.
Bakers steel and other big long term investors will want there money returned.
ACTION group for small and all investors to have there vote.
There’s legal requirements by the major shareholders to be responsible to all investors.
There will be a good outcome for all involved.
ADD to my list of positives..
Stay healthy and good luck to all...
CV
I personally hope that the other shareholders who purchased shares to fund the mine prior to production has clauses in place to protect there investment. This would help the ordinary share holders like ourselves.
There’s still hope we can move forward but I totally understand why certain investors don’t want extra share dilution. The main debt holders Would then make a hostile takeover.
Let’s hope law is on our side....
CV
Boy ow boy it seems I’ve been a fool.
Has anyone else done there research on the main people who own these loans?
My personal view there’s only one saviour here and that’s Mr Edwards.
(I’ve been very naive to think this will end well for the normal person)
Time will tell.
Happy Friday to all...
Baker Steel who have a fair chunk of these could be key because they would know all the key investment rules etc.
I looked on there latest investments list and they said as we all know debt negotiations are key going forward.
I’ve learnt a very big lesson from this suspension and I’m hoping/praying the big two can keep everyone happy.
The Candy’s success story began from humble beginnings so let’s hope they’re not to greedy and steel this goldmine from us.
