..... is going well since they kicked out the old board, bet the new board members are delighted...
Good to see it all coming together, three years after the RTO...
Yet again, Rothenberg is conspicuous only by his glaring absence from any operational, financial or strategic progress. That man is a disgrace. Shareholders, and the boad, deserve better.
What a truly appalling management team. Lamentable. Shareholders deserve better. Either this company was good and they have mismanaged it downwards, or it was puffed improperly. Either way it is quite unacceptable. This management should go and be replaced.
This management team seem to have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, and has demonstrated it cannot run a bath let alone a highly technical public company. This company's fate is absolutely lamentable.
The IP lawyers' report in the prospectus reads well.
BigDon you ask the difference between LifeSafe and Zenova - different product ranges....
Data sheet only required in the UK for hazardous materials. LifeSafe say their extinguisher fluid is not hazardous.
It might as well be seeing as it had net assets of ÂŁ13,325 as at February 2021 according to the unaudited total exemption accounts filed at Companies House. For such an award winning and purportedly busy placing agent, one may observe that number is a bit on the low side...
So he joined when there was b****r all to do, and now the business model is being proven and taking off, it's all too much for him. I'm sure that's it. Btw if you want another guaranteed winner, Elvis is riding Shergar in the 2.30 at Lingfield today, trainer Lord Lucan.
0p. It's a busted flush. Business model has failed. These people came to the stock market two years ago and the decline started from day one.
This is a positive announcement, keeping shareholders informed what’s happening with continued progress behind the scenes, it’s good of the company to update the market like this as it should quieten things down now, now that people know what’s going on.
The same legal team that apparently advised them on the accounting date change **** up? I’d have no faith in them!
Why on our green earth would AZ seek to acquire this, where is he going to find ÂŁ200m from? Or by taking private do you just mean delisting? Which is inconsistent with the RNS!
The filing of the financial statements at Companies House is of no consequence to the lifting of the suspension. The FCA is overworked at the moment and I believe it to be nothing more than that. Tomorrow or Monday I believe.
The absence of the financial statements from the company’s paper file at Companies House has absolutely no relevance to the lifting, by the FCA, of the trading suspension. I suspect the FCA is just overwhelmed with work but my understanding is the suspension will be lifted tomorrow or Monday.
Btw the absence of the company’s financial statements appearing at Companies House has no bearing on the timing of the lifting of the suspension, contrary to the comments of some posters. The document is published for FCA purposes when it is released via the RNS.
@HotChip - I am able to say that it comes from someone who is reliable and who has no axe to grind, here’s hoping they are right again as they are been before about the company.
I’ve heard the suspension is likely to be lifted tomorrow, failing which, Monday.
Probably see the suspension lifted tomorrow.
