I have always assumed interest is payable on every bit of 'profit' denied, from the day that day's profit is predicted to be made
hence complicated spreadsheets
Obviously, from date of final award, an intetrest is payable until the sum ispaid

I am actually rather pleased that RKH Chairman is chair of several other companies, if he was as some say, why is he? Mogger reminds us Southern Water problems were years before he was appointed. Compared to RKH, SW is no minnow.

RKH features in R4 Law in action 4:30 this afternoon.
Basically ecoterrorists were saying oil/gas/energy companies should pay, not be compensated. Lawyer bluntly says even UK parliament not sovereign on this issue.

Considering we have seen a 30% rise this last week, everybody seems very subdued and only interested in ****ging each other off or gaining points over each other. Are we In the Blue, or feeling blue?
I for one look forward to next week, and the week after, and hope to be less poor by then

Just waiting for 'here comes the sun' or 'the train is leaving the station'.
However, this rise is a bit slow for a pump and dump.
Myself, I am now actually looking forward to looking up the share price, so let's try to be a bit more cheerful

If HBR want to get anything back for their 60% of SL, they will be looking very hard to get any interested party to take it over, even at a low sum, during the next 90 days
They are more incentivised to find someone than our BoD

I like the bit about lawyers submitting a case within a few days. Not sure Italian lawyers are up to that, or any lawyer, but....
Perhaps this is simply a red herring to mask that negotiations are underway (and cannot be admitted)
I am as fed up as anyone, and need some money from my 'investment' as much as anyone, and accept that there may be some trying to kill off RKH and pick up the pieces, but let us at least be hopeful, no expectant, of some relief from OM award

Go on RKH, surprise me with something actually happening this week or next. I have been in this share so long, waiting for so many timelines to come and go, that I do not really actually expect any material progress this week.
As usual, it won't be positive, it won't be negative, just more kicking the can down the road.
However, I have to live in hope as I get old and grey

Yes, the Navitas deal was dead the minute HBR took over PMO. PMO, and RKH, were DESPERATE for Navitas to join even for a pittance. HBR have no interest in giving away 20% for a pittance. Indeed, holding on to 60%, buying up RKH 40% for a low amount, makes the economics even better for HBR.
Navitas would have to come up with much better deal.

Firstly, Draghi is a technocrat and a banker, not a clown like many Italian politicians
secondly, if Italy do not, it becomes an international default, their credit rating drops, and they pay more interest on borrowings
Thirdly, our lawyers will have already identified and submitted to the tribunal foreign assets, probably in the States, which could be seized.
There may be delaying avenues such as annulment, but I hope these have already been covered by the proceedings, others will know.
All this has been dealt with in detail by other posters over the last year or two, far more knowledgeable than myself
And yes, I do think their is a good chance of a sizeable payout, just the big boys will know before us, and will not bother tying up their money until they do know, as they can make money elsewhere in the meantime with it. I am not in that luxurious position.

PS We should be very grateful we are here now, after this award, the world might clamp down/change things/wriggle to avoid such future awards
