I would like to think that the arbitors come to a conclusion, then a secretariat has to write it up in full, then a ruling Council has to rubber stamp/make it official, all of which must take a few days post arbitor decisiion, so if it is to be done in time, the decision is made

Latic, Please check, they seem to have the same number of shares as before, it is just the total number of shares in issue as increased so their % holding has gone done, so no offloading

Latic, with the current volumes, they may be unloading a trickle at 7p, keeping the price down to 7p, but not exactly unloading a flood...

I too would like to put on record my thanks and appreciation to those posters (DEM, Mogger et al.,) that firstly have more knowledge and experience of the AIM market, and secondly, have actually done some research. Anything I post is simply based upon intuition, some limited knowledge of the world, and their posts.
I do try my best to avoid ad hominem comments, or rant with frustration (however strongly felt), but sometimes fail.

I think the word liar is quite inappropriate. Any of us may have an agenda, some may be paid for it. However none of us KNOW what will happen.
I hope after a short settling in period we have seen the last of 7p. But that is all it is, a hope, and trying my limited best to predict.
Not long ago I posted that I thought we had seen the last of 9p. I was wrong, but I was not lying.

This is what I hate about AIM, the impression that it is not a level playing field, that some know in advance what is coming and can make money out of us mushroom-like PI's trying to grow in the dark
Anyway, whilst we all debate endlessly whether to buy/sell at 7 or 7.1/warrants etc, the real issue is news, OM or Navitas.

I understand we can buy shares in the open offer for 7p each, max number 1/8th of shares previously held.
Is this shares held on June 15th? Or can more be bought now, to increase this number that can be bought in open offer?

If memory serves, at 50M it is 50% cut, and 100M (USD?) 35% cut, presumably percentage reducing as award goes up
