Our live Investing Matters Podcast Special which took place at the Master Investor Show discussing 'How undervalued is the UK stock market?', has just been released. Listen here.
It would be nice if our communicative BoD would let us know that OM Tribunal has been suspended/postponed etc etc, 60 day extension etc excuse excuse, rather than leaving us in the dark

Time up, Gentlemen/ladies please
Those posting non-stop on this board, without actually saying anything, please stop. You do not inform, impress or influence anyone, and are spoiling this board.
I am rather more hopeful of RKH doing well than this post affecting these posters.

According to several informed posters on here, the OM tribunal should report within the next nine trading days. There has to be a reasonable probability (over 50%, anyone dispute?) that RKH would receive, after legal costs, at least 10p per share, yet the sp languishes, with very low volume.
How long until the Ponzi/pyramid shorters lose their nerve?
Anyone know that tribunal not reporting?
I live in hope

Dear Gozzie2
This is none of my business, but I would recommend you put your shares metaphorically in the bottom drawer for a few months, forget RKH for awhile, and get on with addressing all the family issues around you.
The current drift downwards is an unnerving ponzi/pyramid in which traders and others believe the shares will be cheaper tomorrow than today (nothing to do with long term price). Those which get out early and buy after a drop will do OK, but there are always those that get out to late as the price stabilises (eventually, at some point, I don't know where). I think clever people probably do this with 10% of their shares, then if there is a major rapid uplift, they have the profit from their remaining 90%.
Anyway, all this is too much for me, I just sit and wait it out. If it all goes belly up the result will be the same for me.

The nominal increase in sp to where it was a few months ago appears to reflect that RKH have swopped a quarter of the family silver for a deferrment in paying costs of getting this show on the road.
Just what have RKH got in return? No cash. Navitas raising money because we can't? Andf we pay it all back when the oil flows.
Not my idea of a farm in deal, perhaps reflecting that the situation was worse than we think.
And to think in a month or three we might have OM cash that would have avoided any need for any of this give away.
I hope this is all part of a bigger arrangement.......

I predicted a week before the election that the price would be higher after a working majority. I rarely make predictions, now you know why. There is no logic to this share, but we are on AIM.
I will just wait, and wait and wait. .....infuriating and soul destroying
Yet, I see no reason why SL will not go ahead, just don't know when and how, I hope PMO sill stop hoping RKH will go bust first.

Hi All
Just had a look at PMO RNS. Catcher good, Tolmount good, debt reduction good, could no find any poor news.
There was never going to be any 'news' on SL, nor will there be until late Dec at the earliest, so why this overreaction today?
I do not understand. Anyone help me! Why drop 3%?
I wish I had funds left to buy more shares after today's drop.

Yanbu, Not at all sure the other bearded bloke was born on Xmas day..........that was surely made up several hundred years later to absorb pagan celebrations of the shortest day. Not even sure he was born on zero A.D.?
Not trying to start up a long thread argument!
However, let us all hope for a great (around) Xmas present from UKEF

Hi All
An important factor appears to be that if BJ gets in next month, funding will certainly go ahead, if JC gets into #10 then its time to pack up. Logically the SNP should be supportive for Aberdeen jobs, but it will not be.
Nothing will be announced at least until late Dec, and big investors know that so are currently absent.

Those actually spraying the paint might be clowns, but not those behind these organisations who are extremely dangerous nihilistic anticapitalists who have hijacked the very serious issue of climate change and its impact on the media and indoctrination in schools for their own purposes. It is a more subtle form of terrorism every bit as dangerous as more conventional terrorists.
Technology is the answer, and the UK's future contribution to alleviating climate change elsewhere in the world, not destroying our way of life.
I see that global surface temperatures have actually declined over the last two years, allbeit from a very high base (and the five yr moving average is still up), not that our one-track media would dare point this out. What I am unclear about is whether feedback loop will increase or decrease global T.
I should emphasise that I take climate change very seriously, but I hate mob hysteria, and the vested interests both financial and political in stirring it up . I begin to worry when anyone would be frightened to say the above.

Thanks Equinor
Thanks for your post, only reflecting how many of us long term small holders feel. I first invested in the Des share placing (270p?) back in 1998 (?) and a little inRKH just before the strike. It is so long ago I forget the details. I miss MM and a whole raft of knowledgeable posters on TDW site. I want to believe in and support FI oil, and the UK's role in it, but I appreciate this may not be the best way to make money. I am now a lot older (over 60) and could do with this succeeding, whilst earlier on I was in a good job and the investment was a hobby/interest.
I am a patient man (you need to be with RKH) but my patience will run out next spring if we only hear yet more excuses and delays (and the FI government will too). I appreciate 'things take time', this is a sizeable project for a small and medium firm, and fund raising is never straightforward. I still think this is too much high quality oil to stay in the ground.
I feel there are games being played with impatient PI's by those that know a bit more than we plebs do.
Best wishes
