RNS 17th April gave shareholders that expectation IKN

Trowtech, CS stated we would be trading on AIX by 30 June, we’re not. He gave us that date, and it’s on him that he gave shareholders an expectation that hasn’t come to fruition.

The expression was no material offers, in fact CS stated it twice in an AGM.

My facts are correct, unlike yours and as for the CTC comment you’ve got that wrong too

It was RNS’d that DD had been completed, but no material offer materialised.

Try to get your facts right for once

CS wasn’t up for election in 2021, it would have been 2022
