Very true. They don't want further dilution and intend to borrow the cash which shouldn't be a problem when the billions worth of green helium are proved.

It could equally bounce back upwards. Just take avantage when you think it has reached the bottom as the rise could be even faster.

JV's won't be entertained until the full value of this find is understood and they are in the strongest negotiating position.

The company also want sole control at the moment as they want to steer the project.

Future cash could come from existing institutional investors in the terms of a loan rather than shares.

They didn't say they wouldn't need more cash but they favour debt rather than share dilution.

But that will be in stages as its a modular system that can be scaled up
