Apologies!
I was one who replied on a non-Lloyd Post. Will try harder not to.
Honest.
Still not keen on Lloyd becoming a landlord.
Too many opportunities for bad press. Headlines directly affecting sp

"Once the pigeons have pooed all over your solar panels what will their efficiency be: 50%?"
I have a self-sufficient motorhome. 300w solar panels. Had it for 10 years. Rain in UK keeps it clean and working good enough for my off-grid lifestyle for months on end.
With regard to the gas users. My house boiler needs regular servicing and replacement every 8 or so years. Others will have different thoughts.
Sorry to hear of your financial losses. I am old enough to remember suez canal. Didn't end well for UK!
Hope Lloyd stay away from house ownership. Will be bad press.
First vocal person declined funding will suggest Lloyd want to rent, self interest etc. Then the first to default will bring family and friends to prove vengeful bank putting them on the streets.
Lose if decline, lose if bad debt, lose if profits lower due to poor lending.
BTL. is for professionals or amateurs happy to take a loss
Agree
Not for any reason about the rentee. Yes-he's saying it again, 18 year house cycle. 2 years up from here then cliff edge.
Only good news it never goes back below the previous low.
Not good news for lloy short term. Headline news will disappoint.
Best lloy keep away from rental market except through lending
Take care stay safe
This too will end
Tomorrow is going to be a better day

Sudden drop in SP. Waiting for the dead cat bounce! Bottom fishing.
40.1p when posted.
Bet it's not when read.
For fear of sounding like a broken record, uk Usa & others follow the 18 year house cycle.
2008 last predicted financial collapse. Two more years price rise then end specific but 2024-26 sudden cliff edge.
IMHO lloy will follow this trend.
Take care stay safe.
This too will end
Totally agree. Reduces the - waste of my time reading - to a minimum
"
I would suggest that ST is referring to your post of Wednesday at 10.13 where it would appear that you were quoting another investor called Learn to invest and ended in ffs"
I made the same point a few days ago.
Easily misread if speed reading..
Sad this BB has moved away from the facts, debate, research etc into a less informative board.
Hope we return to a more sensible board soon
Back to watching Lloyd on a different board.
Shame! I did enjoy the various views
Thanks
Totally agree.
Housing market & UK economy key factors.
LTI
"your thread title is a bit foolish don't you think."
Probably! Perhaps a question mark would improve.
No insult intended. Trying to ease the tension. This bb seems to prefer individual comments & opinions to hard facts. Although each has their own reasons to read reply and comment
Rember
Covid19 is infectious but a smile is more so and the result seen quicker
Has anyone else noticed the SP changed from blue to red since they both called the other foolish? Just wondering.
Seems a complete misunderstanding. Check the posts. He said /I said. Feather dusters at dawn?
I was looking for 1p divi. Minimum! Got 0.57p so I'm disappointed!
My money withheld because of HMG. Even though:-
covid19 vaccine roll out better than anticipated
Unemployment above expectations
Planned / phased opening of country announced
All positive! So why withhold divi
Yes!
Slightly different customer base. Suspect boe will dampen the divi to 1p to 1.5
Not sure about buyback. Maybe an option.
We all have differing reasons to invest.
I am neither day trading nor LTI just here for the year.
DYOR on any and all investment.
Why are LTI / LTH fixated on hourly /daily changes? I still maintain this will follow the 18 year house price cycle. If so expenential increase for next 3 - 4 years. SP should be circa 70p but then drop by 15 - 20%.DYOR.
I'm in @34.4p x 50,000 shares
house prices follow 18 year cycle. DYOR plenty of evidence on interweb. Been the case for hundred years.
Maybe Lloyd will follow this trend
I hope
Should have been in the agreement. However we did take back control of our fishing.
Which has greater GDP fish or share dealing?
Not revisiting brexit reality
Another brexit benefit
Divi 5% so 1.7p to 2p IMHO
SP after 43p but what do I know?
