Information on B2B has been posted on the net, AM has said there will be deals and deals have been done in 2021, so our business partners like what they have been told or even seen an insight to the New App and signed the deal.
N&G and the CLN have been the major problem for the SP and the timing of the App release, i wouldnt be surprised there are alot of investors waiting in the wings for the release date.
Q1 + Q2 2021 will show a better picture, but the better picture is to come, alot of positive posting going on now.
the board has given us information over this year, and looks like there are delivering, but we us investors have been knocked by the SP and being in the red, so that very understandable, but look at the future path we are on, very good thing to come IMO GLA

The.Italian yes agree its good to start putting all the info and deals in one post and keep adding to it to remind us on the deals that have been done in 2021 since the takeover, and this helps us try and understand what has been going on, and for new investors to see as well. i am sure other members of this forum will have links that could be post in here. even though the SP has gone down heavy over the last few months , and has been very hard on us share holders, we cant deny that there is info out there, so this should show there should be exciting times to come from Napster GLA

DJP59 these points are great for us Investors old or new to Napster yes having the CLN converted before the 12th Aug would be great news, even so with the deals being signed before the app launch hopefully means good news to come imo

For any new people here, this is what could materialise... why Napster could rise from here...
1. Selling exhausted. Anyone who wanted to sell has done so.
2. Forced selling finished (leveraged holders being sold out as stop loss initiated).
3. Expectation that N&G may convert the remaining CLNs to shares between now and AGM 12 Aug. If they don’t, that will be a frustration (disappointment). Certainly its expected before App release.
4. Share price fallen below level the level CLN bears had predicted some months ago.
5. A few taking the view all the bad news is priced in.
6. Expectations of £500m/£600m revenue by 2023 (CEO comments) means Napster is currently mispriced to the tune of 10x.
7. Appointment of two new non exec directors brings greater scrutiny to the board One represents the largest shareholder, and both have high level financial, deal making, and board background.
8. Time line more visible:
A. AGM 12 Aug (but don’t expect any new news then). Next operational news expected to be App release.
B. 1H21 results before 30 Sept should give some indication of Napster revenues for the first time
C. App release, 4Q – for the App to be released, all the components must be in place, the App should drive subscription numbers, then revenues. New marketing, etc.
D. Any new or extended B2B deals, which have been done but not announced yet.
E. Any new telecom agreements
F. Remaining CLNs converted would be helpful.

During that time SP dropped from 18p to 1p, and almost zero pick up from the quest.
