The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Some of the posts are comedy gold.
Some need to go and take a long walk or at least count to 100 before posting.
Success at tai3 and its very very positive, its de-risked next drill.
Failure then more understanding of geology and go again with Itumbula.
We can all have our say but at least wait for the news first.
I'm not trying to be pedantic, but they drilled it twice, 2nd time to confirm tap/seal.
Itumbula is a high ranking prospect and yet there was deemed unfinished business to drill tai again, the failure to log is one you rightly state, so they wanted to test the deeper sands and karoo because they had reason to believe helium discovery was within their grasp. To waste £10m on a 2nd drill on the same geology is careless to put it mildly :-)
Noble seem to be confident of with their view on weather for Nov...
"In our favour is an historically dry October and the forecast for November is similar. We still expect to complete Mbelele-1, move to Mbelele-2 and complete our maiden drilling program and stack the rig ahead of onset of the wet season.”

From last rns
"All third-party services have remained onsite and were ready to immediately resume operational activities and minimise any further delays. The wireline tools have also been fully tested and are ready to run in the hole once the TD has been reached."
The wireline tools being tested, and will be run in the hole. Will this be open hole or cased perforated or both?

Wyndrum, so you'll sell on results even if good with another imminent drill?
Come on "if" Tai is good its all de-risked imo the geology will be known, the next drill will be hugely popular with those on the side buying as many as they can as Itumbula good be even better with 10% seeps nearby.
Is going to provide rocket fuel to a successful first drill, keeping people invested and those on sidelines piling in
OR
A chance to recover if first drill disappoints, after the dump the sp should recover on drill expectations with more info on Itumbula prospect given.
I think the 2nd drill was a good option now, didnt like it at the time but come to think otherwise.
Positive result and I think 20's is possible, how? We get a good rise, which some will bank profit however with 2nd drill imminent then imo see many jumping in big time as confidence sky high, and positive 2nd drill and its 30-50p range...
fingers crossed GLA, not long to wait now.
