just received an Scheme of Arrangement from fto. at the bottom of the page it has 2boxes. OPTION RECEIVE CVRs (DEFAULT) NEXT BOX ELECT TO RECEIVE LOAN NOTES.. I am a private investor in fto for many years. I feel like everyone. Could someone let me know which boxes to fill in as I really do not understand any of this.
the email is Notice of Availability - scheme document. then go to fto web site click on reports dec 18th then click on agree. this is the only notice I have had from fto
on the 18th dec disclaimer should I agree or disagree. the email sent to me today says I should agree. I do not want this to go ahead. need advice on this matter. if I disagree does this mean I am not letting them use my shares to vote.
where do I go to get the election form? any help welcome!
When will we be able to vote?
just got my divi in cheque form I had been doing drip. phoned up to ask why I was told to many people applied for the drip divi and the share holder has nothing to say about how ng pay the divi.
Does anyone know why such a big drop?
That long ago the R I.
it is the 25th. been in fto for more years than I can remember. not sure weather to take the divi and run. also I took up thr RI many years ago.
del I contacted nat west stockbrokers the answer I got was that they only do drips on the top 350 ftse shares. do you know any other way I can do drips.
Del thank you for your help. Will phone nat west stockbrokers this morning.
thank you del I have found the page. I am a private investor. I do my dealing with NatWest stockbrokers on line. they hold my paperless shares. do I inform them to do the drips for me they do with all my other shares I do not have to notify them as I have ticked the box to do this with all my shares. fto does not come up in the reinvestment box to tick.
