Yesterday I said I'd wait until SE Jubilee was on line but have now decided to dip a toe in the water.
J1979 too much income goes to paying interest on bonds and debt. With the expansion at Jubilee debt re-payment will accelerate and the monkey will be off our back. I think 2023 will be tranformative and Rahul has put in place a good plan. It just takes time. I'll certainly be keeping an eye on this and up my investment once Jubilee South West is on line and pumping out the barrels.
If there are any MM's out there can I say - please stop messing about and take the share price to 53p, then you can have my shares. Kind Regards, C_L
The banks are definitely getting their share - £1.08billion gross profit but only £0.05billion for net. Means £1.03billion has been sucked up by debt repayments, interest etc.
I did well out of TLW in the rise from 7p and have a little left in but oil was up around 120 a barrel in 2022 and if we haven't blitzed the market with these results we are unlikely to moving forward. That said I still have faith in Rahul, he has stabilised the ship, and Jubilee South East will help. But exploration looking like an after thought for the time being.
Will stick it out for the time being but fear the company will stay unloved until debt comes down more.
My top up seen as a buy. They'll be back on the market at 44p.

Wow. Very small volume pushing the SP about. Been sitting on my hands with this for probably 2 years now. Can't believe how little it reacted to that gold vein found. Skinny but still 150 metres of it. There has to be so much more out there.
Poor Old Man. I don't feel comfortable at the moment either. I would have been happy for the status quo to have stayed as was. Things were looking really rosy for the long term. Thoughts of buying Hav/Telfer mean a cash/debt raise and inevitable dilution. The last two raises pushed price from 16s to 13s, then 10s to 7s. Never does a cash raise favour those already with shares. I'm hoping NCM rebuff Newmount's overtures and things progress as was.
That is near equivalent to their yearly high. If they came knocking for us to get full control of Hav, our yearly high is 16p or so.
Sorry 27%. The 21% figure was for their first offer which was rejected.
21% premium to Newcrest share holders. Should see that rise in about 15 minutes.
I went big in Tullow when oil price went negative and SP was sub 10p. I've still a little holding. I got disillusioned by the on going decline in barrels being pumped and the selling off of exploration plots. I never felt any update had many positives. This one however feels different. Rahul has steadied the ship and it feels like it is turning. Congrats all holders. I'll be putting in a little more.
Thanks for the link Spades- the bit on corporate larceny is a real eye popper. Around 25 minutes in.
Next stop $1915/oz. The high of 2011.
Thanks for all the responses. Very helpful. I thought it was a long shot!
Does anyone know if GGP, as an AIM share, qualifies for IHT exemption?
Thanks C_L
Importantly the shares sold were hoovered up, most likely an ii. Another stakeholder. Barely a blip on the SP.
They can manipulate the SP but can't manipulate the fundamentals. The truth will out.

Exciting month incoming. Scally results, directors buys, early Feb update and, as Shaun said, two institutions buying in the background. Hoovered up another 200k shares yesterday myself. They will be back on the market at 44p. Happy New Year C_L.
Agree. If people’s expectations become 22p rather than 28p that is a 300 million saving on a buy out price. Worth the effort.
