It really is a weighty document. Thanks for the thoughts and interpretation. Personally I would have preferred this information to be kept internal and privately used for the negotiation of the 5%. Nothing good comes from publicly trying to out smart a collaborator. And Newcrest are a collaborator. That said this puts GGP position out there, the serious background work that has been done, and hopefully NCM will take on board this work and it will mean that the 5% is sorted without arbitration. On a more general note I'm following Rick Rule - in until the buyout. 2.5mill shares here.

I've followed everything that's gone on over the last few days (thanks for everyone's input) and I think SD's RNS at least reminded everyone what is still open exploration wise at Hav. And you have to ask yourself would you want to be long or short with the known unknowns. And I for one would prefer to be long.

Maybe GGP should do a share buy back with the money from the 5%. With 100m you could certainly put a bit of pressure on any shooters.

50ema adi 200 ema pretty much the same at 421p. If the SP can hold this by end of day I would call that a success!

A great interview in general and good points about what long term really means, though obv GGP is on the fast track. If this comes good I will definitely look closely at his fund as a prospective investment.

50 ema still a little below 200ema for MCRO.

a bit of a rise on the news. Had to happen. Usually debt restructuring impacts SP positively, as it suggests stability and confidence moving forward. 50ema and 200ema kissing too.

That's what I'm waiting for - The ADNOC news.
It must surely be reversed at some point and hopefully some back handers are being passed out to speed this process up ;o)
3+ months since SFO final verdict.

Thanks to everyone who has shared their thoughts on the webinar. I couldn't listen to it last night. Great to feel the enthusiasm.

I'm in MCRO too and it looks like they went stop loss fishing there too first thing this morning.
Seeing the drop on the charts here this morning has given me the confidence to get a top-up. They are looking for shares. And I just don't see enough of a positive response to the end of the SFO investigation. Imagine being one of PFC's sales team pitching for projects, being able to start your presentation saying the SFO investigation is over, that this is a new company. It will make a massive difference (except where back handers are expected!).

There is more to a drop than flushing people out through fear. It is when the price starts rising again. If you have been underwater for a long time the first time you take air, see you are at last positive, the more you are likely to sell before the full rise has completed. They win this way too. This is a ferocious game.
