Yep I am incredibly tempted to buy more ahead of the record date next week, normally there is a slight increase in those circumstances not a almost 10% drop! This is purely Davidson's doing, once he has gone this will re-rate.

Agreed. They had to get the RNS out on Friday as it was the last day. A little sloppy for an otherwise successful company. Martin selling is not helping and assume he is out of his lock in period. It will come good. Did record date next week!

Can only assume he needs the cash imminently as he left on decent terms and with the divi record date next week he is kind of losing out. Once he is gone this will rerate.

Actually mixing those references with the paradise papers. Was more interested in the director shareholding’s. More than a lot of other AIM companies.

I think a lot of well known individuals and companies have been mentioned in those papers i.e. the Queen, Lewis Hamilton etc, if that's what you are picking up on then that's a little lame. That information itself was the result of an illegal hack.

Worth looking at IMO. Still believe this will come good, but can appreciate the concerns that have been raised.

Made an entry point here today for 10k shares. nothing major but will leave it in and review around Christmas time. Seems undervalued to me. ATB.

Still very understated the value and amount of shares he acquired IMO. For an AIM company, and at this MCAP, A huge investment.

Unless I am mistaken here are his trades since the half year report. He also made net purchases earlier in the year but they were more convoluted and less impressive.

Still personally feel that a takeover will happen here, and perhaps rather than Miles instigating it, he is preparing for it and sees it happening over the medium term. Perhaps a Chinese consortium? Speculation but regardless he has made a serious commitment to Obtala, that has to focus his mind to make it a success one would think.

Agreed. Been checking out the recent Synergis bonds updates, I reckon that is close if the twitter and Linkedn feeds are anything to go by. Results should mirror the trading statement, but will be interested to see current progress, if mentioned, and also anything on another divi. I wonder if they are a little later as they are looking to provide such confirmations in the results, Officially they have until the end of the month, so they are not really late, just later than last year!

Have now topped up, doubling my holding. I reckon this will see a good run over the next 3 months..

Slightly odd considering the trading statement from earlier in the year has set the tone for the results. May get a few more. Gunn bought some in June at a higher level.
