Silversun - not out for an argue meant but when there’s new monikers turn up trying to sow doubt with unfounded accusations then it’s natural for people genuinely invested to push back with positive information and to be fair a lot on here do back it up with genuine data, whereas a lot of the doubters that turn up don’t. The genuine holders are out to protect their investment as best they can, me included.

Nothing is guaranteed I agree but the pros far outweighs the cons in this one in a major way going off the information available (barring motley fool tripe), that’s what investors should be basing their decisions on

Good points Headancer. Also worth mentioning the members on the BoD that have joined since CITIC & VTB approached last year, as well as CITIC & UBS haven't received a bean yet and are all working on a success fee basis. They're all balls deep in this now and haven't worked for all this time to walk away with nothing. Another killer move by the BoD.

Unlikely you’ll see a 32m buy, they’ve been accumulating for a while I think that’s roughly how many they already have. I can’t imagine there are enough shares available for anyone to buy that amount.

The last placing was in order to let an ii buy at full price at the time as presumably there weren’t enough shares available at the on the open market for them. That was at 22.5p and therefore last week when the sp brushed 45p for a minute, meant they had already made 100% at the time.

I disagree. I’d say the reason it’s taking longer than expected is that there’s potentially still multiple interested parties as stated in RNS’s (haven’t been told otherwise since), and the fact the buyer is going to be parting with billions then they’re going through everything with a fine tooth comb. Dmitry did say they won’t be rushed, and the way Platinum and Rhodium prices are holding up the current BoD will currently be making more money from the mining season that just wrapped up. Nothing to worry about

There’s nothing to observe as the company hasn’t realised any information regarding legal hurdles or issues you’ve just made that up. Until the company tell us otherwise everything is good going of the RNS’s

Dore - If DLA Piper had a habit of mucking up then they wouldn’t be as reputable as they are and certainly wouldn’t have been employed by the EUA BoD. Sounds to me like you’re trying to plant a seed of doubt....if you think this is going to go pear shaped sell up and move on, save yourself the worry.

Why would Sinosteel put the $150 million loan facility in place if / when Eurasia want it if they weren’t 100% confident in the resource of MT? They must have done their own due diligence before putting the offer forward?
