You did not say at all that a 3rd party (WEN) would make an offer that was so low that the zubairs would exercise their pre-emption rights and end up with the asset. I guess it is because they know they have no deal at WEN. The Zubairs got 50% for a song at AEX and now depending on how much the TPDC do or do not want they will get another 25% with their pre-emption rights but this time for next to nothing. Does make you wonder if the 3D results are good if they will grab the full 100% by increasing their holding in AEX by 1%? Seems they always win?
