Yes possibly a little earlier, interesting that is says "Using Mtwara Natural Gas" The AEX Ntorya licence area is Mtwara.

150 mill is around correct, I have no idea how much 4 off shore wells and pipeline connections would cost? Significant over the lifetime of the wells I should imagine and at least comparable? Guess we will soon see, if the appraisal licence is issued then I expect the 25 year development licence for AEX will not be far behind, certainly demand continues to grow.

If this plant (if/when built) was run at an average actual operating load of 50% of its maximum capacity then it would require approx.
648,000 cubic metres or 22,883,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day.

The shorter the distance that gas has to be pumped from source to power station the better the economics.

Morning Mick, I don't see that the project is expensive? It's onshore, vastly cheaper than offshore drilling and the development plan and in fact the free carry covers the cost of the 33km pipeline.

I was simply pointing out that with 6 more wells to drill that I expect the resource base to increase significantly for AEX and SOLO, not forgetting that the next well is targeting a futher TCF alone along with the appraisal of the exsisting 766 BCF 2C, never mind the 5 wells following C-1

Anyway good luck on the 130 target, like I say the sooner the better for all!

AEX have only sunk 2 wells out of a potentially fully funded 8 Well drill to production development plan. (licence and farmout pending) I will bet you that the current 766 BCF 2C and almost 2 TCF GiiP over Ruvuma will be significantly higher after well # 8 and probably long before.

It's the size of the potential prize @ AEX, the upside. I agree there is plenty of risk, risk that evaporates on the award of a licence. It might take some more time based on the current LNG negotiation time frame with the Majors, will have to wait and see.

Meanwhile WEN have a plan for peak production from current wells (compression, refrigeration etc and are also waiting on the GOV before deciding if they will bother to drill more wells, "WEN" will something happen to increase that resource base?

The second link is mining licences so not applicable to the gas assets, but more towards Helium-1

Thanks, he seems very well qualified to assess assets and production opportunities having run Wytch farm for BP etc and is in the process of selecting one for solo so I hope is DD is as excellent. Some thought there could be a link between the two events, alas I doubt that, exciting assets, not too shabby here though, just delayed with Gov indecision on PSA terms.

Producing asset deal whilst we wait for Tanzania, oh and it seems the Aminex BB are expecting some good news on Tanzania soon according to some posts there, now that would be just great for solo holders, a deal and the unlocking of the huge 766 Billion cubic feet gas asset or KN-1 production of course.

Thats business eh Kejoglo, goal posts move, especially when a Government entity is involved. I think by end of H1 is a reasonable expectation for a deal based on the interviews, the wording in the strategy presentation and the write ups from Malcy.

So yes any later than the end of June for a deal and I would be disappointed, that is after all the communicated strategy whilst shareholders wait for the Tanzanian Government to sort themselves out.

When will it pay out again? depends on your entry price, but in general once the licence is issued.

Quite agree 2021 is aggressive based on the speed performance of Helium-1 thus far, although with their new operational experienced man in the driving seat, we will see. Either case a spud date is needed first.

As for the past, that is the whole reason for the new bod, the strategy in diversification away from Tanzania & for production assets.

We wait for the first deal to be delivered and the BOD to reveal what they are made of, I would be disappointed if there is nothing by the end of June (H1)
