Of course they are raising, you don't get production assets producing thousands of barrels for free. The point being that Nett (Not Gross - double it) earnings will be €20,000 per annum with an upside from converting the 2C to produce more than double that.

I asked them about that Vike, they were quite clear that any activity on the primary assets whilst suspended will be baked into the price. Now if we consider any result to be fair depends on Ruvuma, H-1 delivery first.

That would be disappointing OG & you would have to ask the BOD what they are doing about it as a board member of Helium-1, it's still around a 10% holding post IPO to solo/Scirocco. Begs the question should they maintain 10%,and board membership, seems they will have the cash for a small adjustment if required?

A healthy profit is always good! Tops though is dependent on a time frame Bucks. If for example you held long to FFD & production, say 3/4 years, on a current forecasted 26,000 boepd rate, 15p would be very achievable & still less than Nett annual earnings.

I agree AA. I don't know the listing rules on ASX so don't know the minimum time to register an IPO but the current table of IPO's does not include Helium-1 or any other Helium player. Don't see it happening this month but very happy to be proved wrong.

What would they do indeed, a large gas cretaceous fan system and a deeper Jurassic oil reservoir? Could be 1TCF of gas, Oil or maybe nothing at all. Going to be an interesting drill post licence, not matter which side of the fence you sit right now.
