Not sure that would be the case vike? With previous drilling so much is paid up front and the rest invoiced after the work is complete and as the bills come in.

In saying that SCIR should have a round £10 million cash available post launch + earnings per month from their 1750 boepd soon to be 2100 boepd.

That was Tullow who pulled out and SOLO and Aminex drilled a little deeper alone and made the NT-1 gas discovery.

Fair point Crusty, but by failing to meet the terms of the JV that's exactly what they have just very publicly got, although technically it is the legal operator that has broken the terms.
