Interesting the SCIR (EX solo) RNS which seems to suggest they are expecting the 25 year development licence before the end of March as this is part of the FID?

Hi Roger, I am not playing in/out at all and am absolutely delighted at the discovery and 4.7% to surface, just think we have a way to go yet (which I think lorna is also saying) before we fully understand it. I expect to see an extended flow and appraisal this year?

Don't get me wrong 4.7% to surface is great but at what rate? Do you know? You can't assess commerciality or hope for a JV without that information

Agreed Crusty and as previously posted here, they will need a full well test - flow rates + at least an appraisal well to confirm followed by a new CPR

They have Nitrogen, Helium and Hydrogen. Still electricity is relatively cheap in Tanzania and they have shed loads of natural gas for gas to power - See AEX who are waiting on the 25 year development licence.

Maybe they can use the Hydrogen for gas to power?

The 25 year development licence is a major game changer here and will allow ARA and Aminex to extract gas under the already signed PSA and GSA allowing for the gas to be sold for the life of the field.

It will come. Also a buy from me.

Hey Joe, Helium and the licence areas falls under the ministry of mining and not the Petroleum act. This might be a blessing as it takes years and years and years of waiting for the TPDC and Government minister to issue a development licence (See AEX) One can only hope the minister for mining is somewhat more efficient!

It's Just Tanzania, same as it ever was.... The 25 year development licence will appear, could be tomorrow, could be 6 months +

Desperate at that price I would say.
