I see fair value in this from £3.80-£4.10. If it falls further or hits £3 I recon it’d be prime takeover target. At which point I could see offers of the £3.80-£4.10 per share.

Think it'll be longer than 12 months. In 5 years time the property sector might have recovered, but can't see it for the forseeable. Good buying prices for the moment, may go lower still. Could be a good buying opportunity for the long term right now, but short to medium term I can't see it...DYOR

Dixon has bought about 57 million shares and Croda were still advertising Zenakine late last month. I’ve also seen this:

“ Scandia Cosmetics has incorporated Zenakine™, a pioneering neurocosmetic active ingredient developed by Croda and SkinBioTherapeutics, into their new "Morpheus" skincare range.” Which Scandia promoted on their socials in January?

Why are they buying back shares at these elevated prices??

This could be a massive opportunity. Hugely depressed share price with a massive conflict occurring in the Middle East. Could prove to be HUGE demand for Hikma’s pharmaceuticals.

With old brokers giving 25+ predictions before the war, could we even surpass these predictions now the landscape has changed? Making the recent pessimistic predictions a gift for those now buying at these low prices?

I’m all for the share buybacks at these prices, but why did they increase the dividend whilst they need to invest in growth - marketing, R&D etc? Seems like they’re trying to entice investors

Great buying op imo - but could fall further with short influence. How do you know when short positions have been closed, are updates pretty immediate on LSE for this? Seems positions are still open, so must be hoping for further falls?

Share buybacks galore at a very very low price. This is a bargain right now.

We've been 'calling out' the haters for a long time, they won't stop now

The market interest and therefore SP doesn’t always reflect the true value of the company. If you think this company is well placed to go on to have a higher MC then the short term noise shouldn’t bother you too much. This should at the very least be a £200 million market cap company.

More melodramatics from Bazza and co. The results aren’t the worst, revenues not far off what was projected. Sales of Axis which has only just hit shelves of Superdrug under delivered but are moving - Derma a similar story.

Vague in terms of Zenakine, but still have faith in the product and that it will generate success going forward.

Decent fundamentals with promise for the future trading at a lower share price for more buying. Win win.

This business is decent, what’s going on?

Zenakine to be showcased in Milan 19-20th November. Would have much preferred this to have happened earlier. Can’t imagine any interested companies being able to develop and market a product with Zenakine for Christmas in this short time frame…

Reducing the dividend won’t do the company any harm, just the shareholders who think dividends are the be all and end all of life. Better to have no dividends than a company with a SP that grows 16%+ per year than a company that pays 16% dividend per year but a SP that goes down 5% per year.

Things resonate with the consumer when the consumer is attracted to shop in store. If the brand looks like a bargain basement from the 70's-80's its unlikely to invite more people in. If you think the drop in share price is some kinda oversold mistake, fair enough - but it might be indicative of less people shopping in B&M. The NP margin has reduced every year since 2022...

What di you think the share price should be? cause its currently trading around P/E of 5 and I don't see any reason it should go higher...
