My thoughts too Icarus. What stake does the £4m actually get us?

It's hold, or buy the dips, and forget until profitability in my view.

I guess this stock is perhaps boring to day traders, with cautious management and infrequent communication. but that's why I like it! It's a sound business with strong foundations and excellent growth.

My hope is that once that starts to translate into positive EPS, p/e etc, the true vale will come through and continue to grow strongly.

I guess it's just that those who are not that down and are willing to take a small loss are looking for quicker returns

The % growth figures are truly impressive. I think it can only be the small net loss and the relatively small turnover (as said below the pathway to being a £xxxm business is not clear) that holds this back. And I suppose that market Comms are not 'rampy'.

They continue to be confident about growth, and if they achieve it the SP will follow

But instead of 'only' having circa £18m for new projects, or spinning out ipo, they can use this new technology/approach to create a new funding method that will attract capital in a much better way.

Agree with others. Some complain that the board isn't helping the SP. But Tray points out the massive and tangible things that should have moved the SP up.

The market is an ass. But it's been a buying opportunity! Glad I took another £3k last week. And as others say, no way I'd be selling for Les than 30p anyway, so it's just a case of patience. Everything is primed here!!

What swung it for me though was the line in the RNS that said they have opportunities . Clearly they must think they are exciting enough to sell the remaining GMET stake. Could be an excellent few months here!

£2m becomes £23m. That's a fantastic return, particularly in the timescale.

Great news to have expanded the Coda agreement, and until 2030. A while back there was a suggestion that Croda thought John was 'difficult'. Well lets hope he was and that some good margins have been locked in!

Share price is silly. As soon as this goes profitable it will surely relate. Hopefully sooner.

We didn't lose a customer, we gave it up because they were squeezing us into lower and lower margins.

The flip side ofJS being considered 'tricky' is 'not a pushover'. It would be all too easy for the bigger companies to push the company into wafer thin margins if JS let's them.

Doc, I think you just answered your question though.

The model is to fund the spin outs, and we just got a huge cash injection to drive that forward. No loans, no dilution, no gifting of future shares etc.

The model almost dictates they have to sell. And if the low SP is partly because the market wants proof the model can, and is eorking, well it just got it!

Perhaps they might delay selling future opportunities, who knows. I guess they look at the wider business and decide when the time is right

Predictable some would moan about the decision to sell. Well, maybe, but bird in the hand and all that. Is only a partial sale.
