Santhi there is no advantage. I don't understand the selling of the rights though , that is probably where the advantage lies. HHReturns is very knowledgable and a great asset here on the rights issue , he/she may be able to shed some light.

As far as I can see it , I wouldn't know how to sell my rights , so if I wanted more I would just buy at market prices.

I suppose there would be no costs on the rights issue , and if you are entitled to let's say 500,000 , there wouldn't be a mark up for nms.

That amounts to quite a big layout for those with sizeable holdings. I can see the dilemma .

At the expense of coming across as thick , I won't argue with that! What is the offer here? I can see a 9 mentioned and a 13 , I can't see a definitive of how many shares we are being offered as per our holding , ie 1 for every 10 or 1 for 20. Can anyone here enlighten me?
