I should have maybe included the caveat that the Tories have also been responsible for the situation we now find ourselves in, which I believe is down to an ignorance of succesive governments. I had to laugh on your attempt to put me on the spot to state who I thought would be the 'saviour' party. Regardless of who I say, they ALL have their flaws and inadequacies. I fully agree with your comments though, regarding the ridiculous overspend on welfare and immigration failures we are now seeing - what else was genuinely expected from a Labour Government, and I don't expect them to do their routine U turn on that any time soon!

Unfortunately, the UK is now torn apart with so many differing opinions and external influences..... so much for our historic liberal approach and promotion of democracy!

I hope I'm proven wrong here, but I do not trust the exisiting or future Labour Government to adequately finance our defence budget. All their pre election mandate spin was backtracked, and they've been proven to be liars. I think Burnham will be another in the long line of charlatans, trying to win favour with the public, before he comes in and ruins this country further.

There are many reasons why John Healey and Armed Forces Minister Al Carns resigned. It is more than feasible that they were well aware of Starmers downfall, and the follow on carnage that would ensue by those running or about to run Labour.... why didn't they stick around?

So, here we find ourselves on another waiting game (potentially to <120 ish days) before the TL PSC hope is dust, for the outcome of the Finder rig search. Anyone going to be brave enough and give an anticipated (bullet pointed) timeline for the roll out of this and the other matters we're waitng to hear confirmation on?

i have relatively small position with alrt of 1m shares...... it's a 'fire & forget' for me for the time being, and if it flies (which i think it is heavily stacked in favour of), i/ we should have a decent roi. so, gla.

ps. pleasing to see some decent exchanges on this board today for a change, rather than some of the childish venom..... there's certainly some who've an axe to grind, probably due to being towel whipped as an adolescent '***' in the showers of some imaginary boarding school. keep it professional troops.

Very pleasing to see this going in the right direction now. Bought in over 18 months ago, but had to keep buying on the dip to lower my average, which is now sitting at around 0.00051. Sat with 200m shares after selling 12.5m - these ones are for keeps though. Really hope the longer term holders get their rewards for their loyalty too. GLA.
