Good to see you again Manyana, not much point saying anything until we get confirmation that the money is there. History may not repeat, but it surely rhymes! Good luck all, I have the feeling we might need it.
Yeah I miss those guys, Jimmy 24 especially
Thanks for this
Well now, that was a long wait. In typical PVR fashion the SP dumps on positive news, and from a company about to go bust a few short months ago to achieving the fabled Barryroe Farmout (subject to consents etc.) this is a very positive announcement. I have been waiting 7 years for the farmout, I can wait 2 more for the oil to finally flow.
Imagine, closing a deal within a telegraphed timeframe??? What magic is this?? All will be revealed tomorrow.... or not! GLA
https://twitter.com/ProvidenceReso/status/1321708596590096384 - does not sound like they were sitting on their hands
From Presentation: How much will PVR retain post farmout? Mr Linn " A large proportion" . We are also on track for a farmout in the timeframe indicated when PVR entered into a period of exclusivity (i.e. end of the month)
I have been here since 3 GBP! Let's see how we go leading into tomorrow's presentation.
Looking good so far, some real big players with proven expertise. Liked the, "we will be encouraging the consortium members to identify additional investment opportunities within Ireland where their expertise can be deployed in support of the development of a carbon neutral economy. " Business sorting out Ireland's energy transition.
Would prefer a few more zeros but I suppose 4p resistance retested as support is the best we can hope for at the moment. Good luck all, we will certainly need it.
I certainly hope so. We are a bit of an echo chamber here. I'd like to see some surveying of the public on this. In any event, this is the easy bit of COVID. The long dark winter of 2020 will be pretty grim, would also be beneficial to literally be able to turn the lights on! Here's hoping a little bit of sense breaks out in this debate in our most esteemed legislature. Politics is afterall a game of give and take.
It was more a very long winded observation about life in general with an easily swatted question at the end. That's 20 minutes of my life I won't get back!
The EGM will be a good forum to find out what actually happened to APEC's missing millions.
Pity to see the stike price so low, the incentive plan should encourage value creation first, then profit for our illustrious new CEO
Dear Manyana,
Thanks for your guide on how to find Barryroe on the DCCAE site.
I might be missing something, but per Providence's RNSs' Sel 1/11 is barryroe http://www.providenceresources.com/sites/default/files/BARRYROE%20FARM-OUT%20-%20SEPTEMBER%202018.pdf
on my search of the DCENR site APEC are still listed as 50% owners of SEL 1/11.
With respect to L012/4 - APEC are nowhere to be seen. Only Lansdowne Celtic Sea Limited has a 20% ownership. It appears that LO12/4 was subsumed into SEL 1/11 in 2015 https://www.rigzone.com/news/oil_gas/a/141413/Providence_SEL_111_License_Extended?rss=true
This really is awful. Let's see what our next financials say about the cost of getting rid of him.
I am assuming the forthcoming raise when the money is scheduled to run out in Feb 2020 was conditional on throwing out the bum. Still no finality on the missing 9 million usd from China. I am glad the bronze is gone, who knows who will replace him, even if they are awful, they could hardly be much worse. As a side note, does anyone think the bronze will ever "work" a day more in his life??
Do a bloody BTC transfer, that will solve whatever issue they have... unless of course APEC "funding mechanism" is dry
A F*cking disgrace, buried in the documentation. Please do roast this shower at the AGM
Also, ask them about the Newgrange prospect. Surprised that they did not avail of the Stena Icemax while it was nearby, third time lucky for Stena perhaps?
