of the txo joke is disgusting are they not ashamed of how much money theyve had from shareholders via options, placings etc etc and what the actually spent it all on??? you done nothing-absolutely nothing good for shareholders what a joke this company is next well be getting the wizard back telling us its all good eh?

The Tasmanian Government wouldnt touch txo or anyone associated with empire etc etc with a barge pole if they had any sense which they do. god help us-next thing well be hearing about that farmer who had a hole in the ground that according to a certain company was a sign of oil seeping out of an undiscovered resource. yeh pigs fly.

I think? it was previously intentions stated at 30% years ago when they first came aboard- they got to 47-49% over a few weeks- upped the offer further and literally scraped over the 50% mark- they then held at 54% i recall until recently. An offer can come at any time is my understanding- no quals needed last year a chinese outfit was in discussion re takeover that didnt materialise. the previous highs of sp being around 80p had srx around market cap of 550 million - and that was before the add ons, extra resource, extra production models and before the upgrades on machinisation. bonkers :-)

flies north on tiny volumes- wonder what would happen to sp /mcap if the herds came trampling in here? (day Traders etc) :-)))

And as you rightly say srx have come a long way since in every respect. :-)

the original offer was 25p mnsr sisay stepped in saying it was rat offer, so pala went up to 30p and only got to as we know 54% they crawled around at 49p so it was close just for 50%. since then theyve increased its value of course :-0) imo jmo

so if you read back here with palas nominee recent additional shares then check who the 5 majors are -one of them will take it over 75% or 3 smaller ones will take the share over 75% if pala was to try and buy them- assuming they want to go past 75% to either delist/strengthen their position- after all they are turnaround specialists. most of the tasks have been achieved and the final parts are in progress including the agribus/ and the hydro electric- they have also firmed up the jorc resource with additional drilling. morphed from dredge mining to mobile dry mining and now the 2 stage additional dry mine for gangama in the near future- as well as continually with efficiencies and upgrades have bought down the cost per tonne for production towards the $500 marker. compare all this to 2009? or even 2011 when costs were higher and sp/mcap was 4 times higher than now. bonkers :-) jmo etc gl dyoR etc

Mnsr sisay did discuss moving off aim to a more liquid market not so long ago. Can't recall the link. ? Current sp would need 80 p just to realise 2011/12 market cap. Since then the company has implemented improvements/efficiencies and investment to double production and sp is a quarter of where it was. Bonkers.

Who's to say if and when another buyout comes from pala it will be 30p first offer? Maybe another company tries to come in for palava and everyone else's stock. ? Chinese origins ? :-) Behind the scenes who knows? Maybe some manoeuvring has been in progress. ?
