i didnt want to come across as a deramper- just didnt want to see the new rampers and keen as mustard brigade arrive telling the hype when the picture was a lot cloudier than they were suggesting- yet at same time didnt want to just nail tb down, after all he has a difficult job trying to run a complex show. im still keen to find out more about the internals at gbg. ive made money here on occasion and lost money here. hindsights a wonderful thing eh? you probably wont recall, but years ago when i first started posting on lse you gave me some good advice on a few companies when i was novice to aim. it saved me a lot of pain for that im grateful to you riddler. tb still mite have a strategy of sorts and i do hope he could turn this mess around. he certainly needs to stop treating us as an unlimited access to funding.

the permitere fence was on the land that became unsuitable for the plant due to port bill rebuild, the eia that was supposedly part done was wasted, gbg apparently have been relocated to another area- havent even signed the lease yet or done the eia, so as of yet no plant build etc etc, and it will cost how many millions to build? and the lease is how much per annum? the eia cost is? and marthas conversion cost? and oh marthas been at sea now 2 years? must be another multi million refit due shortly? to comply with regs carrying oils etc? saltwater corrosion-tanks will need deep cleaning-oh hang on apparently she was already holding 220,000 gallons. wonder how they can empty her and reprocess slops if plant hasnt yet been built? errrr, wonder where they intend to dispose of the waste? condsidering the previous lease was deemed unsuitable? errrrr-hang on maybe txo can consolidate and get some flunkies to fall for the jam promise, then hook some fresh investors on lse and other platforms -always a liar ramper around on the boards protecting their investment, then hey its all rosey again for a while. meantime txo mite wanna find out where any potential incomes have gone that txo told us was going into gbg. hmmm txo dont know whats gbg account activities? hmmm wonder why not? they only told the world recently by rns they were looking into it. with oil prices 50% down, wonder how morgans donkeys are doing with the kentucky cherry pickers? just cos morgan has its own income u think gbg get any of it? be it mom or moull? wheres any actual gbg diect contracts? errrr? oops werent the 2 slops recovery ones ceased, end of contracts? or was that 2 different ones txo referred to? well we dont know as txo dont tell us the detail within the rns feed. wonder why not? errrrr ramp on eh?

i posted the lse/aim regs- and yes nomad was legally obliged to inform in writing as to why they resigned. the link is quite a few pages back within the last month.

was it 98% of those that replied or 98 of the shares in issue? ? i ask -replies welcome regarding new nomad potential- they will need to notify fca and aim regs? which mite give them a heads up on why last nomad quit? interesting few days ahead i think guys :-)

technically it says morgan won part of the contract (re press article) -as did the boom layers, as did the concrete pourers/construction firms, none of which are gbg/morgan or txo- the hope is that morgan part goes to gbg, unless morgan keeps it within the morgan account? :-)

apparently so- Grand Bahama Group Ltd has two separate and distinct legal entities: Morgan Oil USA LLC Morgan Oil Marine Bahamas Limited (MOM) Morgan Oil Marine (“MOM”) was established in August 2009. so what happens to revenues created from moul and mom? do they invest that back into respective companies-hence the questions re gbg receiving income directly into gbg hence txo statement recently looking into gbg itself which as you know has a heavy investment from txo.

indeed- im trying to get my head around the rns -news that said 2 contracts came to an end at gbg- it didnt make it clear which 2 contracts they were. earlier rns had said years before that gbg had been awarded one? remediation contract -ie using barge martha which was a heavy investment with her conversion/refit /purchase etc. at the time it was touted this was a niche market, so many of us here were excited and trying to work some numbers re tonnages-build costs etc. txo didnt tell us although it was niche-there were 2 other competitors in the market down in bahamas, we dont know if they are/were big players or smaller local businesses. even now the news didnt make it clear which contracts had come to an end. then u notice when txo told us years ago we had gained one contract they never mentioned how long this was for? so finding out 2 have gone, implies there are material gaps in the news, when did gbg get the second contract? and when did txo find out when the 2? contracts had expired.? other posters on advfn have implied gbg was ripped off themselves as local companies were working the situation to get the remediation work themselves from gbg. im still in the dark how this all developed as the remediation work is key to gbg success. material events? too big a time gap between gbg knowing and txo telling us- txo need to tell us what remediation contracts gbg has in bahamas, when they started, what duration, what notice is on them etc. as for the newspaper article and rns- apols if i rubbed you and others up wrong way- but again txo need to revisit that article and make enquiries of gbg on this matter-its crucial. here is a major issue which has been reflective of txo failings previously txo run and rns that just goes straight to a newspaper article- the mention of $10 million dollars is for all the work. yet the article in the paper doesnt make it clear who gets which share of this work re oil spill offshore of power plant-whatever it was. clearly gbg and morgan oil know how much the value is worth regarding the clear up cost for marthas involvement, so txo should have told the market at the same time what proportion of the 10$ million was for gbg, as we all know the laying of xxx hundreds of metres of concrete into the sea, and at depth to form a wall will cost millions in itself, the booms and tugs will incurr further millions-so what part is left for taking away the oil? the article only mentions morgan oil doing the work. if so, does morgan get the money and not gbg (god help us), or does morgan get money and use barge martha owned by gbg? the detail needs to be made public to shareholders - so for txo to release the rns just pushing to an article in a paper is **** poor diligence. by its very nature posters here whooped about txo getting $10 million-so the rns worked as intended-ie people believed wrongly regarding the amounts and that lead to others jumping in with trades just before suspension. suited bergen perfect

your thoughts may well be proved correct should new nomad get appointed-obviously with relisting the price will show higher but thats only the consolidation effect-i would then expect a surge in liquidity for a short period as people try and trade-then expect the volumes to dry up again as is the norm not just here but elsewhere on aim-the only way i can see tb/txo moving this along would be much more detail in the way forward (rns-presentations etc) and declaring openly the issues and hurdles face from here on. the company from track record just doesnt get it. if you have no trust in the company and dont believe the precise wording of the rns's then they aint gonna get people buying and holding which is what they need to increase value. a concern i still have is if this gavin guy has been sucked in by promises promises and a realisation every things rosey when the sp demise shows it hasnt been. any company can keep saying we got a new investor whos pumped a couple of hundred kkk in-but diligence eh? as yarsan and others have said whos really getting what money from all this smoke n mirrors? its that trust issue again and the over complicating for such a small company. whats the point txo investing in so many things without returns for such a long period ahead when they have cashflow issues? its very off putting and enables the co to be short on the information it provides. does it think shareholders are that gullible? and gonna buy each time txo make promises? surely track record to date has made this a poisoned chalice? txo need to work hard to restore confidence. as for delisting- if it happened it mite not be end of world,?? (for the co-not the investors)-they could take it private, be greedy, screw us over even more and when the, (if) the income streams in, as was touted for years, they could take it for themselves and to hell with aim listing which has served its purpose- the investors already gave them the millions to get gbg and other mirrors working. i expect txo will do whatever it can to survive and for the company- the shareholders mean zero - thus far as the performance of txo has been shocking, incompetent and worse. i expect an rns shortly confirming whats been going on internally at gbg. if morgans lot have screwed txo and taken the remediation work-martha etc through morgan contracts and not gbg then tb/txo will be culpable and the .... hit the fan. ive had comms with morgan years ago and to be honest he came across as plausible- so for us still to not know the devils detail with gbg isnt good enough. maybe the rns for gbg will be a good one, and we get told gbg has received $x 000kkk -if gbg has received money -maybe its earmarked to expand the gbg remediation work, plant build etc-but if thats the case why couldnt they have been open and told us that before? rather than mention dividends from income? so much detail we want from txo about gbg. apols for rambling wiz-just some thoughts

I still believe gbg has and had best chance of success compared to Otr or athebasca and the shyte that was empire. Lets hope tb gets answers from gbg and Morgan. ?? Tb needs to understand if he gets out of suspension he needs to be more thorough with future rns feed. More accurate more in depth with more transparency also showing material events promptly including delays and other issues. Don't think anyone trusts the company much these days. In fact some despise him and the company. Some are in negotiations with fca about certain matters. Can he make this work given a 12 th chance??? Is he the great Houdini ??? Shall investors give him a key??

You never know. Mite find we get good news re gbg?? Wot if tv confirms the income stream of Morgan's contracts have gone into gbg coffers ?? :-)
