I agree brixton ,avoid wales , i used to drive A5 up through wales to bangor[ from M54 ] 4 times ayear ,stopping enroute for food in towns cafe or pubs refuel car and my family now its take m6 toll to j16 dive under nantwich join a55 to holyhead for ferry , shame very boring drive now and 27 miles further but half hour quicker including the extra miles

Hu it will not matter how weak or strong the claims are ,if the fca and hmgov see a way to hammer the banks and release easy money back into the system they will allow all claims to be valid

Fatrap69 ,all you said is true ,but as with all of it ,the sp today and the motor finance scandal its all false,the bank made megga profits all the way through ,ppi was only misold to selfemployed ,the rest of claiments knew when they signed up ppi was on the forms and would have been valid if a claim was made ,but only the se would not have been able to claim ,the billions was just quantative easing and force/allowed by hmgov , there was no need of a stop of divi during covid[it wasnt the law] but it suited the rr likers to go with it ,what happened to the set aside dosh never used ? all this buyback to suit whom ,i aint bothered what the sp is or how many shares out there, as long as i get a good divi, its only numbers on paper , yes if they are got rid off over the next 10 years the sp will rise steadily !! but some of us dont have 10 years or even half of it so money now so i can set up the ole gal for when i have gone in my book is a better use , thats why i sold up and got out of this s### show best of luck

In hanging around ,now lost double what the divi was bringing ,every 1p is 1.1k lost so totally fed up with having to sell and buy back in, this used to be a smooth ish one in the port , yes i have made money selling at 50plus back in low 40 ,rinse and repeat ,fingers burnt at 48.3 a few days ago so 5.5k down i just had to go , now set 39p as possible finger pressing time ,i hate buy backs but sensibly if they are going to spend YOUR MONEY on buy backs lower the better , the bod dont give a stuff about the share holders all they want is a medal and big bonus for the amount bought back at the best price,the whole of my share club are now out of lloyds and well over half have vowed never to return ,i dont think those that decide know what they are doing to potential good investor people ,imho driving them away , one day there may be none left to bail out the mess
