Rio Tinto chief executive stated this evening that there's opportuntites for aquisitions in the mining industy atm amid these turbulant times as many conglomerates diversify I wouldn't be surprised if they were not takin a look at solg and ecudour atm imho

NM ,made the decision to take up the funding because NCM and BHP thought they could get solg on the cheap imho ,well back to you to take the next step or sit and wait for another big boy to come in and buy solg for the right price !!!:);)

Afternoon solgers ,nice to see a few have looked at the recent rns and have worked out what NM was saying ,news of funding should land next week imho ,updates on Blanca and Amarillo and soloman islands will follow before mine funding news imho ,the cgp issue I think will come at anytime as I think cgp have financial issues atm and may take the offer from solg ,just my thoughts ,gold/copper/silver is set for a run imho all bodes well for solg imho
