Mogg you may well be right ,NM stated in his recent report that he was actively recruiting specialists in mining ,would this be for when bhp can bid for solg or for someone else ?,in the meantime the issue they have is getting hold of cgp shares they hold on cascabel once they got hold of them its between newcrest and bhp to the highest bidder sooner rather than later I was hoping but next year will be fine as I feel that we could be looking at an offer of circa £2+ imho
