I was out in the Irish sea off barrow at the weekend, the channel into the estuary is running deep atm ,not sure of its been dredged ,looking down the estuary there's a huge amount of land and docking bays currently not in use ,am not too sure wether this land now belongs to infra ,could anyone clarify please ...
