Morning Pad,yes indeed another reason why he gave directorship to staff who have been with him long term to head these certain areas with a team to get everything into place as they progress from exploration to a point of mining ,the recent positions suggest two things NM is either going to fully staff solg ready for production or set it up fully staffed for someone to take over the it all ,it may become clearer once Cgp is due is resolved ,I know newcrest are free to add in October ,perhaps bhp aswell unsure how their agreement not to make an offer till next year stands if Cgp shares are bought up ,certainly heading into an intersting q4 imho

Kev ,I see your point there ,indeed I shouldn't be looking at short term movements myself most of mine are long term in an isa ,news will lift this shortly but will only be the start as continued revenue will certainly put this on a different scale
