You needed to preregister before Monday open to get the shares within an ISA. Once the 14th comes you should be able to buy within the ISA

Plug has been struggling with cashflow for quite a while. They warned on bankruptcy protection at one time, but seem to have carried on so far. Yesterday they announced a 1.8b loan facility. Accounts due any time I think.

Nice start to the morning to see the RNS and associated price rise.

Did anyone see Mr Kellet was offered 5p a share by someone on LinkedIn, who said they had built up a large holding?

Have to say I got out of this company this morning, and at at lower price than I could have had if I had got straight out.

This is a company that should tell UKPLC why UK share ISAs are not a good investment as they are at the moment.

Mr Dunkerton should be out of the door straight away, as his RNS killed the share price, which he is supposed to be defending.

The BOD's response didn't say much that deflected the "delisting" scenario, so also didn't defend the share price.

I'm guessing Mr Kellet wouldn't have liked the delisting scenario, as a delisted share wouldn't be admissible as far as I know to a SIPP, which he stated he had bought the shares in. I also understand that he may not be able to comment.
