It was a welding incident BT, concerning that there is clearly process gaps or behaviour issues with the H&S expectation of the workforce or indeed, not tight enough controls / governance by the company. Regardless of the scale of the incident, NOT a good look......

JW get a bit miffed at times.... although it's out there in the media already so I don't see the issue..
