I don't think there will be any bid for the Ammonia cracker. If I was Afc , why would I sell my prize asset. What is likely is that one of these firms visiting Afc energy will be investing a lot of money with us to speed mass production & sale of the cracker up.

The share price dropping is all a con trick by traders to frighten the private small investor out by trying to make them panic & sell. They will then hoover up all the cheap shares & make a killing sending it up.

There is nothing what so ever wrong with this company. It is well run. It has hit all of its targets. It has the New Hydrogen cracker which is valued more than the companies current market cap. It is my opinion that AFC are will be seeking a financial partner to inject cash into Afc. Especially listening to Adam Bond on the Investor meets company interview. He did state that The Hydrogen Cracker Technology was actually worth more than Afc Energys fuel cell company total. ( Watch this space because if & when the above happens. The share price will rocket, have no mistake.

Why would you sell your biggest potential money earner for the company. With the cracker revenue they probably wouldn't need to go back to shareholders. I'm sure their are plenty of investors lining up to put funds into the Ammonia cracker tech in order to speed the finished product up. As Adam said they have been in discussions with chemical, major energy providers & others greatly intrested in having this technology.

I'm confused, in one breath Adam is saying all the investment money is flowing out of the uk. Yet in the next breath he foesnt think its a good idea to list the company on another exchange !
