I think the main thing that was causing the problem was the delays. Hence the Fundraiser. Now that's sorted & production ramps up. The ship will be sailing from strength to Strength, hopefully on Hydrogen. Lol.

Because they have stated a 27 million order book. Just completed a fund raise to speed up production & delivery of the above.

They are hardly likely to put out false & misleading statements to the market.

With the right new CEO, there could be a substantial increase in the share price on its own. Iv seen it before with new CEO'S.

Then Afc could be a Firm bet for a Takeover with candidates such as ABB.

New products now on the market, 30kw etc.

New products in testing phase, 200kw .

Ammonia to Hydrogen cracker technology.

I winder how long it takes for a new CEO to be appointed. If it's the right person, may be a substantial increase in the share price with that alone. Iv seen substantial rises in other shares all because the right person appointed.

Well I'm sure they know what they are doing. They obviously know the amount of orders they have in the pipeline & build capacity + inventory needed. I don't think they are stupid enough to hold stock they won't be using quickly.

I suspect a lot of that cash raise is being used to speed up everything in the Saudi region with Tamgo.

I'd you look at the Intrim results. The inventory level has risen considerably in order to speed up production & despatch orders quicker. Also I suspect some funds are ear marked for readying production over in Saudi Arabia to deal with orders from Tamgo in the MENA region.

Oh & ABB 200kw units nearing completion of testing & CE Marking.

Speedy Hire orders now being assembled & delivered thanks to recent cash raise.

Acciona order completed.

Ammonia cracker orders coming in thick & fast.

Hopefully Tamgo orders the same.

1. Pressure from Share holders such as ABB, Acciona, Speedy Hire because orders are behind schedule. But are now coming together because of cash raise, so that's good news.

2. Maybe a Takeover in the offing & Adam maybe likes being Top dog & wouldn't except a new position offered.

3. Maybe the truth & he feels he has taken the company as far as he can.

I personally think he has done an excellent job bringing the company so far. He maybe exaggerated to much, but not out of malice. Apart from the recent REx offer that I & others couldn't participate in. All in all I think he is to be congratulated & I wish him all the best for the future.

I think it would be alot better board if people were here for the right reasons. No ramping, no deramping. Just the facts & articles they find so they can post them for others. Opinions are OK too, as long as they are not posted as facts. Oh & last but not least, abit more civil to eachothers views.

The RNS says Itm look forward to concluding the Manufacturing & Supply contract. So its still to finalise.

I suspect the share price will only really react when the contract is signed, I could lend them a pen.

With all the news coming out on Afc Energy, ITM POWER & Cares Power.

I believe that very shortly we are going to see a substantial rise in the Share price of all three companies.

Let's hope it's very soon indeed.
