no Market at this level at all, i have not idea what thew MM is playing at, it will get no volume at this level.

As for selling them, they would stupid to dump them all on the market it will kill the share price, much more likely to drip feed a few in over time as the share prices rises over time, reducing their risk.

0.238p takes into account the extra shares and the risk factors in the investment, plus a good profit etc....

As an investor they would used every angle to lower that price, as the BOD would have agreed to increase it, but i suspect the BOD had limited choices who would invest, so the 0.238p was never going to be particularly competitive.

Company assets are worth considerably more no question in my mind.

It the re-valuation calculation with an incoming JV is the next big share mover and that will not announced until after the purchase of Cambay is signed off and completed.

The 600m are factored in by the 0.238 price Gordon, hence the drop to it.

So when the investors calculated the value of the company holding post investment they took this it into account.

ie They would have divided the expect capital value by the new number of shares after investment to get to 0.238p per share value and used it as a negotiating tool in the agreement.

and i picked up another 2.5m at 0.25p.

You have to understand this is not Lloyds or NatWest etc... this could go 4 times in day on good news, it has always had a lot of short term volatility.

Its the placing at 0.238p this is not going to make a sustained climb out of the zone until this is finished and a JV appointed.

There is rarely much liquidity in the Oilex Shares, so even small sells/buys can have big effect.

People could be selling for any number of personal reasons TWB, maybe they borrowed the money to buy, and need to pay it back?

but hell what do i know... lol

But i do think you can double your money on well timed buys and sells here anyway over the next couple of months.

Much more likely with Oilex the share price will wobble around up and down for little logical reasons until good consistent news hits with the share price finding a new range.

Until these O.248 shares are fully placed it not going go far from here except for a limited period on a good news bounce . Ie the JV deal assuming it is straight forward.

Share prices are not rational, they vary loads, many people will buy in once they see the the GOI sign off, it will used a PR.

Particularly small cap Aim like this.

I predicted this might drop this far on no news, still maintain this very much under valued and will jump back up on good news over the next 12 months.

If you look at the sell and buy prices, you will see the Buy has not dropped, just the MM has increased the spread, you can not buy for less the .2625p

It is the MM getting greedy i would guess?
