I have not Idea Espen. The share price is not acting logically, by following the underline asset values and potential. They often don't but not normally to this extent, especially as Synergia is not under any threats, and has a lot going for it.
I can only think it is confidence and or investors wary of the jam later promises.
Gordon, a take over only works if people agree to sell the shares so it is not quite straight forward as that's is the share capital value we can buy for that.
I can not see a lot of the big investors selling at this level.
I know Gordon, the Share price has tanked since, an unexpected drop of over 50%, it should be sitting 5 X times + where it is. Cambay before it was proven and before the legal side was sorted, was valued at $60m+ dollars by a SMT member in a phone call a few years ago.
GSPC sold 55% for around $8m USD in destress sale as GSPC last option, with the all kinda of pressure on them politically and legal to finish the long over due sale they had agreed too.
So I have been expecting the share price to rise and stabilise after proving the methodology which they seem to have done, abet with not as much output as expected, but the share price has tanks all the same.
The JV is being jeopardised by the low Share price as why would you pay $10s of millions of dollars for 1/2 an oil field when you can buy the company than controls 100% of it and all the skills technical reports, methodology for $10m USD.
Makes no sense to anyone buy half 100% for $10m or Buy 50% of the oilfield for $20-30m USD which is a much truer reflection of its value.
It is quite clear to me this company is massively undervalued by the Market.
My issue is, while they are they can not get good value in JV or raise to progress things. Its is like the greater market has had enough...
I also think changing the name has failed as no one really knows who Synergia is and they have no budget to tell people. At least with Oilex people knew the history and understood that is was sitting on big oil field.

Just found out, your life limit, of about 1M, is recalculated including drawdown fund grow on your 75 birthday, but does not include withdrawals. So if you are like me and have a massive RR holding, and as i suspect it is going to triple from here in the next 3-4 years, lifetime limits could be an issue in the future ......
Remember excess lifetime limit is taxed at 55% !
