To provide a scalable product/service you need financial stability. CC have shown they have the product, but it's not much use working with a provider that cannot correctly function its own cost controls.

Discomms cannot afford the dream. India Ministry of Power have clearly pulled the funding plug. Intellismart have had no choice than partner with a proven, deep pocketed, solution provider. This act might be enough to attract the much needed external funding. Had they continued with an unknown, heavy loss making, chaotic Comms company, it would probably spell the end for them anyway. This hasn't happened as we know, and the way it is looking trading in profit will be a long way off. No right minded offer will show a premium on the current MV in my opinion. SMS are a very different animal.
